Despite being so close, I finally had the chance to visit. It's a place that will appeal to those who love world expos, international cuisine, and different cultures. The grounds are vast; even a quick walk takes 3-4 hours, but if you eat and eat, 5-6 hours will fly by.
Strollers are no problem. There are some areas inside the buildings where a baby carrier is recommended. There are diaper changing stations and nursing rooms, and on typical weekends, the restaurants aren't too crowded, making it easy to feed babies solid foods.
The parking lot is large, so you don't need to arrive early. It's a paid parking lot. You can buy tickets at the entrance without queuing, even without purchasing them in advance. Costumes are also inexpensive at 500 yen, so it's fun to dress your child in several outfits and take pictures.
There are restaurants in each area, including some with hearty meals, so taking breaks while exploring will make it even more enjoyable.
Thank you.
