I visited Songcheng during the day and took a boat trip on Qili at night, drawn by its reputation. There were also various activities during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The evening lights created a serene and tranquil atmosphere, not too crowded, except for the bustling activity area at Wenchang Pavilion. Other areas were perfect for strolling; the temperature wasn't too high, making for a pleasant walk. I watched a performance and released Kongming lanterns. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the iron flower display.
