We had a very pleasant meal at Sono Japanese Restaurant Portside Wharf, 39 Hercules St, Hamilton | Level 1, Building 7, Portside Wharf, Brisbane, Queensland 4007, Australia. We thought it was great value for money as we felt everything was just right for our taste. The sake was amazing! The sashimi was the best I have ever had! I wasn't a fan of the spicy food but that was just my taste and not the food. The staff were lovely and the experience was great. The cocktails were great too! This is the best restaurant I have ever been to!

Sono Japanese Restaurant, I went there with the family of a big foreign student. The environment is quite good. The sukiyaki and crabs are both excellent!

Small shop with friendly staff and great service. Large portions of sashimi, salmon belly sashimi, edamame, prawns with avocado, udon noodles, and a bottle of wine for the two of us came to around $140.

It is an authentic Japanese restaurant with Japanese chefs and waiters. The environment is elegant and the seats are spacious and comfortable.
