In a restaurant by the sea, the juice inside is very good. I like the scenery of this restaurant very much. You can see the sea and take pictures. The parking lot at the door is also very large and the transportation is convenient.

The Restaurant was very clean. Service was friendly, foods are goods. The view of Downtown San Diego, see the sunset, airplanes flew by when dinning. Strongly Recommended!

We went for our anniversary. The view was amazing, looking at the airport, San Diego Bay and Loma. Our server, Michael Walsh, was outstanding. He explained everything, made great suggestions and was just so nice. The food was amazing. We had the braised short ribs and the osso buco. Both were delicious. They even brought us a little cake and everyone on staff wished us a happy anniversary. Definitely a place you should go at least once!

What a wonderful surprise Hubby took me for lunch. Top of Manchester Financial Building with great views of the city centre, bay and airport. It also has an exterior patio flanked by cryogenic heaters. There is a bar, you can go for a drink with a bar menu if you wish. It is expensive but valuable. The food and introductions are delicious and unique. If you live in San Diego, it is a great place to take visitors to the city center.

My wife and I had just celebrated our 2nd anniversary at Mr A’s house and we couldn’t have commented better on this place. The scenery would be breathtaking and the food incredible. Our mission made our occasion even more special. We strongly recommend checking this place. You won't be disappointed.

We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday, they were super caring expectations but they were unexpected as I was pregnant they took extra care of me and they answered all my questions about pasteurization products, drinks and other food was very delicious, My husband said they were unbelievable (obsolete), the dessert was great, everything was this place you can’t go wrong great, what’s in everyone’s service menu is terrible, they really deserve 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

We went to Mr. A at our B & Inn owner's suggestion; B, the house on the top of the mountain.<br /> <br /> This is " must do " while in San Diego. Happy hour from 2:30 to 6:00. The view is unparalleled and the wine price is reasonable. You can see all the cities, bays and planes that are about to land (they are close to Mr. A). If you want to eat early, there are also reasonably priced snacks (such as 2 Kobe burgers and French fries).
