very good. beautiful hotel. beautiful room. beautiful swimming pools. I like the meals very much.

Well, where do I start. It has taken me a month since returning home to get around to reviewing this hotel, simply because my head has still been in Morocco, even though my body is in a cold & dreary Scotland. From the second we arrived to the minute we left, this place was just the best. We have stayed in many good hotels but this was the pinnacle. Apart from the fact that this hotel was spotlessly clean, everywhere, the room was large & comfortable & the food was fantastic, the staff made our experience so enjoyable. So much so that we actually felt like family by the time we left. The restaurant staff could not do enough for us, the bar waiters could not be more accommodating, the reception staff were helpful & friendly & all the cleaners throughout the hotel were friendly & such hard workers. The security guys & the photographer guy & the lovely guy who served mint tea were so friendly & welcoming. All the staff work long hours & work non stop day & night to make this place special. Many of the staff came outside to the main entrance to say goodbye to us when we were leaving. We found in general that all Moroccans are so welcoming & very proud of their Country. The restaurant was kept immaculate & the food was second to none for choice & quality. We also loved the pool bar. It was nice to have the option of a late breakfast if we needed a long lie after too many cocktails. Lunches were amazing, especially the Paella. We had lunch everyday at the pool bar. Late afternoon pizzas & fresh doughnuts were fantastic. There were always plenty taxis out of the front of the hotel. If there is no more than 3 or 4 of you then use the red ones as they are cheaper. Always state your price before you get in. Roughly £3-5 into different parts of town. The Cable Car is defo worth going up to the Kasbah for the views, it's stunning from up there. There are loads of sellers doing quad bike & jeep safaris which was fantastic. We had a great trip to Marrakech on a comfortable coach with stops on the way. The highlight for me was to a field of goats & Argon Trees where the goats sit in the trees. I loved seeing them so much. It is customery to give the Farmer some change as they are his goats. We felt bad as we had no loose money on us. I loved bartering with the locals in the Souks. I must mention the Animation Team. What a joyous bunch. The girls were lovely & the boys were so much fun. The professional shows downstairs were excellent but the music man on the terrace bar was also really good for chilling too. The White Party was so much fun. I now must mention names of staff whom we now consider as friends. Restaurant Staff: Abdul, so welcoming & it was nice to learn some Arabic to converse a little. Hassan, our main table waiter who brought our drinks & generaly had a laugh with & lots of banter. Rezzouk, lovely and friendly. The guys that cooked the steaks were lovely also. The girl waitresses were lovely & friendly everyday. I am just sorry we did not get

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming, making our visit feel as special as they can. Will definitely be coming back, I love it here!

We have just returned from 7 days at Thr Iberostar Waves Founty Beach. Our review is mixes to be honest. It was our first time in Morocco so we were a little aprehensive. First impressions were awful as the check in process is probably the longest we have ever expwrience anywhere in the world, the reception staff are miserable and make you fill a form in and then go away to prepare your key cards(i dont understand why this cant be done in advance of us arriving). We emailed ahead for a top floor room but this was ignored as was my request when we arrived. This meant we were on a ground floor room which was very noisy from the people moving above. There is also zero air conditioning in the room between 1st October and 1st May, which means on some days the rooms are vwry hot especially if your room is in the sun all day. The conplete oppisite coukd be said from the pool bar staff & entertainment staff who are all very happy and smiling, special mention to Mostafa who was excellent. Cleaners are also a little miserable and dont smile or say hello when they are passing in the corridors. Food & cocktails are a bit hit & miss and we generally enjoy trying different foods. Gin, beer & wine qas good. The biggest problem is if you like the sun, there is only about 20 sun beds that get the sun all day so as you can imagine there is a rush for them beds in the morning and people shoe horn beds inbetween and feel like they are sitting on your knee. We tried going iut a few time but just got harrassed by taxi drivers & shop keepers. I am not sure whether i would return.
