The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use.
We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal.
Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

We booked two rooms for us and kids, it was a pleasant stay, the location is good, very courteous staff. The only thing which bothered us was the smell of seepage in some areas of the hotel, the buffet lunch and dinner definitely needs an upgrade. The location of the hotel is good, in room amenities are at par with any other category hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable

Superlative stay!! Big room perfectly equipped and outstanding support from the staff. They welcome you with a coockie and that set the standard.
The hotel itself is a nice moderm bulding. Breakfast is abundant and provide also "european" options. Value for money!! Will saty again next time.

I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations

Staying in Hilton you cannot go wrong. Either in Jaipur or my recent stay in Agra, they provided impeccable service. The cleanliness of the pool, the room, the restaurant and the high level if hospitality always proved it was the best choice.

We stayed for two nights, from January 1 to January 3, 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed.
The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the hot lassi and delicious pancakes, which were a highlight of our mornings.
A special thank you to the lovely Ms. Shilpa for her kindness and patience in teaching me how to wear a saree. Her guidance made the experience incredibly memorable, and I'll always treasure it. Her service was exceptional!
**Cons:**
During both nights of our stay, there were numerous events, which led to some noise.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place for its excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a memorable stay in Agra!
