酒店環境渡假村風格，有點小驚艷，辦入住美女還給升級了房型，房間設施新且齊，空間大氣，出行還幫忙叫車。整體服務人員熱情，早餐也很豐盛，推薦！

到新疆15天，這個酒店是這15天來最好的酒店，也是拍照最多的酒店，早餐也是最好的早餐，衞生問題不用懷疑，訂酒店前看到一些負面評價還比較擔心，事實證明完全不用擔心，放心住就是，停車也非常方便。

歡迎水果:就是圖片上的已發黴的西紅柿。
晚安牛奶:給了兩份酸奶，也沒有胃口。原本挺好的心情，一下子都沒了！之前住過一次，309元，先瀏覽了一下，再準備訂時，價格變成了386元，想提升一下，訂了429元的房間，感覺還不如第一次住的309元的房間！

一路去南疆 要穿越塔克拉瑪干沙漠 途徑阿拉爾 沒想到這個價位居然住到了這麼好的酒店 酒店很大 前台服務人員態度好好 像一個度假村 環境衞生都特別好 早餐也超級豐盛 房間面積很大 家人們入住後都表示驚呆了 這個價格簡直太值了

有好的前台服務是很重要的，選擇塔河觀瀾酒店就是看着環境優美才來的，確實房間很大，乾淨舒適。但是吐槽一下後勤保障人員，他們是因為酒店給的工資低消極怠工？！還是酒店養的“大爺”？！剛入住就發現客房馬桶排水不暢，先向客房服務人員反應了馬桶問題，等了半個小時沒人來修，然後到前台反應問題，前台催，又等了20分鐘還沒人來修，最後前台一位和顏悦色的小姐姐給換了房間，才平復我焦慮的情緒。換房途中遇到來修馬桶的“大爺”態度很不耐煩的樣子……不知道酒店領導能否看到我的評價（有何舉措）。説説好的吧，對住宿環境滿意～對後來給我換了房間的前台服務滿意，早餐滿意，瑕不掩瑜，所以也五星好評

作為離開新疆20年的老新疆人，對於兵團人對新疆的貢獻懷着深深的敬意，這次南疆之行特意來阿拉爾這個兵團新城，入住這個酒店真是意外之喜，在沙漠綠洲的園林酒店，前台兩個很漂亮的少數民族小姑娘蘇比努爾，迪麗甫扎非常熱情，還給升級了房間，早餐做得也蠻認真。

應該是阿拉爾最划算的酒店了，裝修完全五星級，房間又大又便宜，非常乾淨。我們到的很晚，兩位前台（大蘇比，阿爾祖古麗）也耐心的給我們提出訂房建議，服務非常熱情和周到。推薦給阿拉爾的遊客們入住，價格無敵，環境，設施都一級。
