2、安排房間到4樓，窗口看出去都是牆；
3、房間內沒有放一瓶水；
4、吹風機破舊不堪，我當時拿出來時很驚訝，破舊得難以置信，吹兩分鐘就燙手，不敢繼續吹；

我們週六到達酒店。酒店雖座落於市中心，緊鄰紐約州政府各大樓雄偉建築，但周邊幾無人跡，宛若鬼城，顯得極其蕭條，了無人氣。走了半個多小時，繞了一大圈，非但沒找一家餐館或小店，連便利店都未見一個！

The rooms have inadequate lighting. There is only one, very dim overhead light in the entrance. One floor lamp and one small lamp on nightstand between bed. Beds were good. One sofa very low to the floor; difficult for older adults to arise. No hand rail near low toilet. Inadequate staff in restaurant. Service is slow. Food flavorful but temperature only moderate. Overpriced.

Terrible hotel for accessibility. The front entrance has four steps with no railings. Accessible entrance is 30-40 feet away, THROUGH the luggage storage area. Then back to the front desk. The employees I dealt with either received no accessible training or have forgotten it. They found a wheelchair for me, but wouldn’t help me to my room because of insurance concerns. I was supposed to wheel myself or travel with a companion. The phone in the bedroom was on a mid-room console, not near the bed. I gave this one star because I couldn’t give it a minus.
