Good location and nice roof bar with great staff and drinks. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard the hotel claims and the TV's network connection did not work.

Had never booked here because the lobby vibe and staff seemed less than friendly (versus sister hotel next door). Booked two nights when I had no choice and was impressed by it all - room (spacious and quiet and well appointed), the grounds (heated pool, sitting area), room service (fast and excellent breakfast). Great location to top it off. Have visited the spa for years and find it peaceful and quiet.

I had a wonderful stay here. I planned an overnight in Albuquerque on road trip. This hotel is beautiful, clean, modern, and exudes the charm of mystical New Mexico. I had a Deluxe King corner room which had a spacious closet and plenty of space for relaxing in the room. The room service was quick and they accommodated my request for an off menu dish. Don’t pass up the in house focaccia! Itvwasxex I wish I could have stayed here a few nights longer, it was a lovely hotel and the service was very friendly.

We stayed in Room 302 for two nights and had an overall enjoyable experience. The staff was very welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. We initially thought valet parking was the only option, which stressed my husband out a bit—but we later realized there is self-parking nearby, which we used on the second night. There was some road work nearby, and unfortunately, the jackhammering started at 7 a.m. on Saturday. That was frustrating, but we believe it’s a temporary issue and likely won’t be a problem in the future. One of the highlights was the pool, which is shared with the hotel next door. It was open until 11 p.m., perfect for a relaxing swim at the end of the day. The location is excellent—just a short walk to historic Old Town and directly across from the Sawmill Market, which we loved. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the area too. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its location and amenities.

Sometimes we take ratings with a grain of salt since they are objective. This is NOT one of those times. This establishment has created a visually appealing environment and backs it up with outstanding customer care. From valets to front desk to hospitality servers - a great experience.
