Beautiful Hotel and spa Food in Gusto delicious staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome enjoyed our little break oh and best cocktails ever.

Just returned from a 4 night half term break. This was a first time stay at the hotel for us although we are very familiar with the area. Wow the hotel certainly did not disappoint - it’s fabulous! The staff truly make this hotel what it is…very welcoming, interested in spending time talking to you and nothing is too much trouble. We were pleasantly surprised to come across a lady in the breakfast buffet who we recognised from working at a previous 5 star hotel in the area (so this says a lot about the reputation and standard of the hotel)! The pool areas of the hotel are great with an excellent service and we also particularly liked the Nest bar - very comfortable and a good atmosphere during the evening. Whilst our room on the ground floor did not have a very good view at all (our only slight disappointment), it was quiet and extremely spacious for the three of us. The bed was without doubt the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! Can’t wait to return at some point - thank you Conrad!!

Perfect location, great property with exceptional staff! We have visited on numerous occasions and this hotel never fails. There is clearly a new owner as some enhancements are taking place in the property- Nest a new bar lounge area- very bright and spacious with an amazing Collins looking after us with his happy huge smile, welcoming personality- just exactly what you want! Rooms are spotless, as are all areas in the hotel. The staff you meet as soon as you come through the doors are helpful, friendly and happy so the first impression is exactly what a guest wants- to be welcomed and wanted- great job! We have to say the golden star of this trip was a young lady called Olu at the lower pool area- she was simply outstanding! Why do I say that? Well she just never stopped, she had the biggest smile, happy chat, was always fussing to make sure your day was going well or could she do something more to make it better. It was interesting to watch her, going about her day just looking out for all the guests. It could be helping with a parasol, topping up ice, a friendly chat, delivering food and drinks- everything was done to the best of her ability! Would suggest the hotel use her to train new starts. We have been to many places but Olu’s work ethic cannot be faulted and well deserved praise is deserved. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were there- many thanks for the treats the hotel provided for her-definitely made the day extra special.

Great hotel, love the new bar. Seeing lots of improvements this year. All teams very attentive, from the pool guys who are great to the spa team ( amazing masssge by Oska) and really friendly reception team, great guy who checked us in and brilliant communication and friendly Front of House Manager. See you next year!

Forbes awarded this resort “One of the Finest Properties in the World 2025” and they didn’t get that wrong! It is the MOST REMARKABLE property we have ever stayed! Everything is beautiful and very well maintained, the Staff is obviously highly trained to make you feel like you are the most special person, the food is amazing, and the drinks by the pool are a pleasure!
