We recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience for our entire family. The professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff were evident from the moment we arrived. Every team member we interacted with was courteous, well-trained, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. The food was exceptional — each dish was crafted with great culinary expertise, and the flavours spoke volumes about the talent of your chefs. It added a special charm to our celebration. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. A special appreciation to Mr. Himanshu Tiwari, Guest Experience Manager, for his attentive support and personal touch throughout our visit. Awesome experience . Room was well maintained. Check in and check out were very smooth and with smile. Both Shamiana and house of Nomad gave us excellent food . We listened to some good Hindi songs which were very relaxing. Customer care was of high order and worth appreciating.

We had a wonderful stay and many memorable experiences at the Taj Amer. The Hotel still looks brand new and it is simply a beautiful property. The staff is amazing ! They took care of us at all times. Everyone made sure we were enjoying our stay. We appreciated the warm welcome, the lucky charm Elephant gift upon checkout and all the super nice touches they had with us for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration. Chandrakala, Umbra and all the other staff members deserve our recognition and gratitude. Breakfast was great with all the options ! Thank you very much ! We would love to go back and we will recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaipur !
