This hotel shouldn’t be under Four seasons Flag ,it is just 4 hotel .Breakfast sucks and service sucks for most of the time .
If you expect Four seasons Level ,you will definitely be disappointed !
Do not think of going to spa or facilities because you will see mold on the columns .

Потрясающий отель! Прекрасный сервис ( убираются, по нескольку раз за день), продуманные детали, роскошь и стиль. Фарфоровые чашки, идеальные кровати и постельное белье, красивая ванная. Абсолютно точно стоит своей цены. Вернусь туда снова.

在瑞吉、麗思卡爾頓及四季之間選擇了四季，其中一個原因是停車方便，有泳池。前台服務尚好，不知道是他的英語不標準還是我們的英語太差，反正沒聽懂多少，但不影響入住。
設施：攜程標準。安曼唯一的鉑金酒店，設施肯定不錯，保養的也很好。床很舒服，雖然很軟，但解乏。被子、枕頭接觸皮膚的感受也很舒服。但是床單有破洞，這樣還不更換嗎？！睡衣的材質差，手感過於僵硬。
衞生：表面做的不錯，但細節不行。刷牙杯底部的污漬相當明顯，是沒有看到嗎？這不是四季的水準。
環境：對面是麗思卡爾頓，樓下主幹道，有一點吵。
服務：這個價格的服務如果不好，那就太對不起四季四季這倆字兒了。早餐種類不多，但食材和出品還是有質量的。歡迎甜品是個亮點，本地特色。

Chef Mohammad Alsharea is an excellent chef at the Four Seasons Hotel. The food he prepares is always delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the hotel , his dishes are truly worth trying!

Appreciation and Gratitude to the Management of Four Seasons Hotel Amman and the Outstanding Employee, Husam Al-Khalaileh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The management of Four Seasons Hotel Amman always demonstrates its excellence in selecting the finest talents who reflect the hotel’s prestigious image and embody its high values in reality. Among them is the outstanding employee, Husam Al-Khalaileh, who has presented an honorable example of professionalism and commitment. During the wedding celebration of my niece, Bayan, and her groom, Adham, yesterday, we experienced Husam’s refined service, distinguished by precision, attention to the smallest details, quick responsiveness, warm-heartedness, and his welcoming smile this truly reflected an honorable image of the hotel and its distinguished management. The beautiful atmosphere, the excellent organization, and the luxurious buffet made the celebration an unforgettable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Amman. All the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. I had dinner in the Foyer Lounge and Sara was a great host. It was a pleasure chatting to her and I appreciated her patience as I attempted speaking Arabic. I also appreciated her recommending me items on the menu and it was well received.
