We stayed for two nights at The St. Regis, and it truly added a special touch to our summer. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully maintained rooms that are clean and tidy. The kids had a wonderful time swimming and enjoying lunch by the pool. Breakfast was a highlight—well-organised, delicious, and offering a wide variety of options. The location is excellent; we could easily walk to Abdali to enjoy ice cream at Gerard and visit the Jordan River Design boutique. A truly luxurious and memorable stay!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its elegance and exceptional service. We were greeted with genuine warmth by every staff member we encountered from the security team to the butler service making us feel instantly welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. A special mention goes to Mustafa at reception truly one of the most professional and well-spoken front desk staff I've ever met. He communicated clearly, fluently in English, and was incredibly friendly and informative. He took the time to explain the hotel's amenities and dining options thoroughly. His courteous and kind nature set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was beautifully designed elegant interiors, a comfortable bed, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Another shout-out to Ahmad, the Senior Butler, who assisted us with our luggage. He was very polite, professional, and handled everything with great care. The breakfast buffet was excellent plenty of delicious choices, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. However, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a disappointing incident at the outdoor pool area. I approached the manager on duty to request a table for three so we could enjoy lunch and drinks by the pool. Instead of being treated with the courtesy expected at such an establishment, we were asked rather abruptly to wait off to the side. We patiently waited for about 15 minutes with no updates. When I followed up, the manager questioned whether we were even guests at the hotel — something I found both unnecessary and impolite. After confirming our room number, he asked how many of us planned to swim and then, in a condescending tone, explained that only two guests are allowed at the pool, with an additional charge of 80 JOD for a third person. While we fully understand the need for hotel policies, the way this was communicated felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay for lunch at all. This isolated experience does not reflect the overall high standards of the hotel, and I sincerely hope management addresses it. Staff in supervisory roles should be held to the same level of hospitality and professionalism as the rest of the wonderful team. Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel for its beauty, comfort, and exceptional service with the hope that all guests are treated with the respect and care they deserve at every level of service.

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the cornbread, which was made with love. A huge thank you to Rani for helping us make our night even more special and the view was incredible specially the bar and Rani agin…just to to Mr.Rani…he will make your night smoothie
