Great location in old 9 streets historic part of Amsterdam. Easy walkability to most sites of interest, shopping, and restaurants. The service is top notch and the facilities were great. The room was very comfortable and quiet at the time of our stay. Food was very good. The breakfast had great selection and really good service.

Simply the best place to stay in Amsterdam. Ideally located by the canals and walkable distance to many of the highlights. It also oozes Dutch culture with a wonderful courtyard in summer. The good and beverage offering is exceptional and the service is always great.

The Dylan Amsterdam is a true gem. I would describe is as a luxury boutique hotel with so much character. The hotel itself was beautiful, set back from the street by a charming entry courtyard and offering a welcome respite from the busy streets. It is incredibly well located with plenty of cafes, restaurants, markets and stores in the area, but still felt calm. As soon as we arrived, it was clear that the level of service at The Dylan Amsterdam is exceptional. Everyone was warm and friendly, and was very helpful in offering some recommendations during our stay. We were always greeted with smiles and lovely conversations which made our stay special. We chose to stay in one of the rooms with a canal view and the room was very well designed - modern and clean but still warm and cozy. I looked forward to the very thoughtful gifts that the management team left us every night, from famous cookies to tasty stroopwafels to Dutch cheese. The views of the canal from the room was quintessential and gorgeous. Even though our room was facing the canal, we were not bothered by any noises from outside. Finally, the food options at the hotel were amazing. The hotel breakfast was great and offered a simple but perfect selection for any palate. We also made reservations at Vinkeles which was an experience in itself. The food was incredible and service was excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the gym facilities which was quite small and bare.
