The perfect place to visit Angers. Almost in the middel if the city. Not noicy. Breakfast was a litlle dry. But overall, i would reccomend to stay a couple of nights here!

Very comfortable bed, near the centre of Angers ( a short walk across the road), nice breakfast, very nice restaurant managed by friendly and efficient manager (lady). Secure underground garage a few doors away. Angers very interesting and buzzing.

It’s clear the building is very old. They have an issue with the AC system meaning not all rooms have cool air. They try and remedy this with a fan but in France in the summer it’s just not good. Credit to the nice staff who tried to help but there’s nothing they can do. I’d avoid and stay somewhere more capable of having guests

Great location and beautiful Art Deco charm. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast and afternoon coffee. However, not all rooms have air conditioning, and the breakfast is very poor. The scrambled eggs come from a box and are reheated, they don’t even taste like real eggs. Pastries are frozen, there’s no fresh fruit, and the coffee is bad. For a 4-star hotel in France, fresh croissants and decent eggs should be a given. Lovely setting, but management must seriously improve the breakfast.
