There were intial glitches, however the staff resolved once they understood the issue. Overall a great stay, love to keep coming back to this property

The Best Part 1. Food and Restaurant Staff The food options were amazing and so were the staff. Extremely helpful and always catering to guest needs. Special call out to Chef Gaurav and Chef Ram for customising our breakfast needs ***** with Girish, Palden, Ankita, Alok, Rahul and Sakshi for making the overall dining experience ever so wonderful. 2. They call the bed as the "Heavenly Bed" - which is very true as it was one of the most comfortable beds amongst the many properties we have stayed at. The Good Part 1. Good range of dining options ***** with a roof-top cafe, terrace bar and dining by the pool. 2. In-house Spa and salon services ***** with kid-friendly spaces and gaming room for teens and adults. What could be improved? 1. Is it worth the pinch in the pocket? Maybe. The property can offer some in-house experiences for guests to experience. If I stay at a luxury resort, I expect to spend time there instead of always travelling around and there should be a mix of complimentary and paid experiences for guests to indulge in. Also, it's not a beach resort or a very vast property to spend time at. 2. Prices of some experiences like Sheesha at the Drift Bar are way out of line, starting at INR 5k+, which becomes practically unaffordable or simply not worth it. 3. The guest experience coordination can be improved. We celebrated our anniversary and though Bhawana Rai did try their best to make our stay delightful, we sometimes had to repeatedly request for basic amenities or discounts that were already applicable to Marriott Bonvoy members or requested and agreed upon earlier. I suggest this team to take a note from the restaurant staff who never say No to their guests!

We are impressed with the care we received from the staff. Bhawana made sure we were happy in every way! She truly exhibits what hospitality should be like. We appreciate Dilsher and his team in helping make our stay special. The food at this property is amazing indeed! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend Westin Goa to others!
