This was as close as a perfect getaway spot. This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼
这次长白山之旅，最惊喜的就是选择了这家酒店！从入住到离开，每个环节都让人感到用心和舒适，来庆祝纪念日房间帮我们布置得特别有心思，必须表扬管家！及时解答各种问题，态度热情又周到，酒店内的朝鲜料理真的很正宗！虽然价格小贵，但味道确实值得，超爱米酒和茄子炒饭！包温泉和滑雪 这点很划算了 酒店外面布置的很好看！很用心！总体来说非常推荐了

due to renovation work at the initial booked hotel, was transferred to crowne plaza. staff here are extremely friendly and accepting especially 月月，李景旭，孙涵 & 郭起良. they have been really helpful, especially when we had to do late check out due to the delay from morning’s itinerary. will definitely return to this hotel if we’re coming back to Changbaishan. ❤️

國慶期間提前一個多月預訂的房 預訂也花了一千多 看評論説二號樓相比之下不怎麼樣 結果沒想到是真的不怎麼樣 房間進去了之後特別小 電視都沒有台式電腦大 還有一種很強烈的狐臭味道 換完房間之後我們回去正好路過房嫂 房嫂竟然説哪有味啊 根本聞不着 温泉體驗也一般 除了管家服務很貼心 長白山天池門票免排隊 剩下的完全不符合預期！而且你們自帶的早餐還有美食館裏的燒烤都極其難吃

這次入住的是2號樓，入住這個酒店去長白山景區可以走VIP通道，節省了排隊的時間，上午去遊玩，晚上還可以泡温泉，説是天然温泉，酒店園區景色很美，秋色濃墨重彩，三個樓都不遠。早餐豐富，口味鹹淡適宜，很滿意。

整體還是滿意的，小插曲，入住的時候一進房間窗簾全部都是小瓢蟲，説是因為温差大，給換了房間，但是新房間裏入住了兩天，也沒有蟲子，還是入住衞生清潔沒打掃好，服務人員整體很熱情，也有上山vip，還有步行的森林，是下次還能來住的酒店

十一出行，長者和孩子都超級滿意。
1.房間面積夠用，衞生間面積夠大，床品舒適
2.綠色通道零排隊看天池，對於十一假期太友好了
3.服務超級好，賓至如歸
4.早餐特別豐富，孩子拿多了，我怕浪費説要個塑料袋帶走，因此感到特別不好意思。沒想到服務人員説：孩子是想帶回去分享😃天哪，這也太貼心了，化解了我的尷尬
5酒店整體環境好，就像在原始森林裏，泡温泉也方便。
