海邊環境不錯，屋子設施一般，樓下餐廳開晚會，近十二點才結束，太吵了，溝通N次無果，還是那點兒結束，是不是當地的風俗習慣不將就其他客人

Die Pool-Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Adult-Pools, die Familien Pools und die Rutsche sind so gelegen, dass sie die Adult-Pools nicht beeinträchtigen. Die Beach ist schön, man kann schnorcheln. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, weil direkt am Roten Meer. Abendessen kann man auch gut ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist üppig und vielseitig. Ein sehr relaxter Aufenthalt.

We had the best maid, Ary!❤❤❤ A truly lovely person who decorated our room so beautifully every day and kept it spotlessly clean! The entire hotel, from reception, Faid!❤❤❤to the food, Eya❤❤❤, was a delight! It's truly rare to find such a gem in the hotel industry! There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Our sea-view room on the 3rd floor (we had 3134) was simply fantastic! The spa is a wonderful place for relaxing.The both Therapist: Evita & Theresia was great! ❤❤❤We book they again for more treatments! We can recommend this hotel 100%!

The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. A big thank you to Fadi at the reception for his kindness, respect, and great help every time. The pools are spacious, clean, and lovely — special thanks to the lifeguards Mustafa, Sari, and Khalil for their friendliness and attention to detail. They made the pool time fun, safe, and full of good vibes. Also, Rashid and Aboud were really kind.

One of the most luxurious and beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, visiting two or three times a year, and every stay feels better than the last. The food is simply amazing — breakfast and dinner are full of variety, with a wide selection of delicious dishes from both Eastern and Western cuisines. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely tasty! ️ The service is exceptional, the cleanliness is perfect, and the view is breathtaking. Special thanks to Mr. Amer Fahad for his outstanding hospitality and to Chef Mohammad Alqam for the incredible food and creativity.
