Nous avons passé ma copine et moi un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, à votre écoute et répond favorablement à vos attentes. La chambre est propre est confortable et la vue sur la mer magnifique ! Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel.

10 минут пешком до вокзала.
В одной минуте от набережной.
Хороший номер с удобной кроватью.
Очень понравился Аркашон. Обязательно вернусь и в Аркашон и в этот отель.
Единственное, просите тихую сторону. Там где мне дали номер, недалеко бар, который работает до 2 ночи. Было слышно.

It was a bit tired looking, the location is great. Friendly helpful staff. Good place to park in the hotel. Make sure your car is below 1.80 m. Great food around. There is a bike rental place next door, it’s great to take a ride around the area and over to the massive Dunes .

Two of us recently stayed for two nights at this hotel. We hadn't pre booked and were just out of season, we got a great deal. The room was a good size, beds very comfortable, in room tea and coffee facilities, great shower with toiletries and towels provided. A water machine was available near the room and provided still or sparkling water. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they provided an iron and ironing board on request and offered beach towels. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so cannot comment on that. The location is superb, a few yards from the beach and very close to shopping areas, bars and restaurants. This is a really lovely hotel, in a great location, with great staff who pride themselves on good service. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great about this hotel: location, room, staff, price, atmosphere. One big exception - the electronic room keys repeatedly failed to work. Visiting reception twice everytime you want to get into your room is very annoying. Over our 3 night stay this really should have been rapidly and properly fixed.

We were greeted by the 2 receptionists who made us very welcome and helpful. The room is well appointed and modern but the only downside is that most of the view from the patio is obscured by a lovely tree. Tea/coffee facilities are good, the bathroom clean however for someone with poor mobility getting in and out of the bath due to its height would be a problem and a handrail would be an excellent addition. The other draw back is that you are woken up at around 7.30 in the morning due to the noise of the machinery cleaning the beach and the promenade. A very good a la carte breakfast which was served in the room, varied and plentiful. The car was in the underground car park and secure at an extra cost. All in all a very comfortable stay and would go back. Thank you ladies.
