Casa Mirador Boutique Hotel

Breakfast was incredible and set on your own table with personal service - range of fruits, cheese and meat platters, bread and croissant baskets. Eggs also on request. Eating by the pool overlooking the view and sea was an added bonus! The pool terrace had umbrellas and plenty of seating areas with towels provided. At times we had our own private pool with other guests being out and about. Plenty of beaches within 10mins drive. We liked Brava beach and Rocka restaurant on the beach. The owner and staff at the hotel were helpful and attentive. This a truly beautiful place to stay. There are steps to enter the hotel and be aware that you need to be very physically fit if you want to walk anywhere. The roads are VERY steep. There is parking on site so you could drive or use a taxi. These are in expensive. No shops or restaurants in close proximity so be aware ( this wasn’t a problem for us). One thing we would have appreciated was snack availability for lunch ( even if these could be ordered the day before). Drinks were available during the day. The option of an evening meal would have been ideal but understand the logistics of this in a boutique hotel ( 5 rooms). A 30 minute walk takes you into Buzios which is a beautiful and very lively place full of restaurants and a big shopping centre. We loved our stay.

Casa mirador is a hidden gem in Búzios! An excellent stay from start to finish. The hosts are very welcoming and recommended some fantastic restaurants. The photos don’t do the hotel justice! The views are incredible and it’s a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. Breakfast was excellent and personal service made it more special! The whole experience was 10/10! We hope to be back….

The Casa Mirador is fantastic. With just five rooms it’s relaxed and so so friendly. Our hosts Thomas and Paula were incredible,. We were greeted with one of the best caipirinha’s we had on our whole trip and it only got better from there. We had booked a very early day trip outside of breakfast hours yet our hosts still provided the full breakfast experience. Nothing was too much trouble. They sorted our transfers back to Rio, gave us some great recommendations for restaurants in Buzios and were just generally great hosts to chat to. We didn’t feel like paying guests, we felt like we were staying at friends. The pool was incredible, the views unsurpassed in Buzios. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is an hidden gem in beautiful Búzios. Service, accommodation, breakfast, staff are just fantastic, you’ll feel instantly warm welcomed. The design of the rooms is very nice and the view from the terrace as well from the rooms is stunning. It’s very silent, you’re surrounded by trees and palms and you can check out the beautiful sunset in the evening over the ocean. The breakfast is freshly made, served with love and it’s absolutely delicious. You’ll be served individually so no buffet what makes it even more special. If you’ve questions the staff is always there for you, the owners are present and are also helping you with nice chats or ideas for activities. I highly recommend this place for everyone but specially people who value a relaxing and familiar atmosphere with really high standards.
