Probably the worst experience I ever had . Beth the Director of Reservations and Dina at the front desk were very difficult and condescending.

We have traveled all over the world and I’m not sure we have ever had such amazing service as at our experience at the Inn. From the minute you check in you are treated like a truly special guest. We had a Mountain View room and it was gorgeous. The concierge assistance before our trip was very fast to respond and found ways to meet our every need. When we checked in, our room wasn’t ready (we were early) but they he’d our bags and gave us options and directions. The woman who checked us in (Dina) was fantastic and wonderfully helpful and even held her composure while there was an extremely rude guest going crazy next to us. We received a text as soon as our room was ready which was great - we didn’t need to keep checking back. Our favorite bottle of wine was sent to our room. The bellman answered several questions for us and delivered our bags very quickly. At the library lounge the staff was friendly and helpful and gave us amazing recommendations. At the Dining Room our waiter Hank was knowledgeable and extremely professional. They even found us a last minute window seat. Every place we went on the estate the service was impeccable. The valet drivers talked to my husband about his car (which made his day :) ). The car was always delivered extremely quickly. Everyone from the spa to the ticket agent went out of their way to help us and find a solution no matter what the question! This was our first trip and we can’t wait to come back. If you are trying to g to decide where to stay around the estate, I would HIGHLY recommend the Inn - worth every penny in the service alone, none the less the beautifully appointed rooms and views.

We were able to check in early. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was smallish but beautifully furnished, looking out on the gardens. We had lush robes and slippers. I greatly appreciated the complimentary book as the tour of the estate is crowded and it’s hard to take it all in. The shower was heaven. I had not realized the inn was walkable distance from the Biltmore village. That’s a real plus though the trolleys run every half hour. We took one to the estate. Unfortunately we only were there for one night, I wish I had another day or two to borrow bikes and tour, hike or just laze by the pool. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting.

We have been Biltmore members for 5 years and have never run across anyone as rude as Dina Farron at the front desk. What an attitude and nasty.

Stayed in the Dairy Foreman's Cottage for the weekend for my 50th birthday. The cottage was perfection, cozy and private. Absolutely perfect décor and comfort with anything you needed. The butler availability was nice too and had a small issue at 11 pm and they came right out and fixed it. Was nice sitting out on the deck and hearing the winery music under the sting lights and surrounded by trees feeling like you were miles from anywhere. If I go back to Biltmore I will rent the cottage again. Perfection.

We keep coming back to the Inn because the surroundings are simply stunning. Whoever takes care of the grounds and all the amazing planters should get an award. We had a very relaxing stay and loved our room overlooking the mountains. We also enjoyed having our own patio. The nightly ice was a nice addition. Incredibly beautiful views! Our room was immaculate. We love sipping cocktails and wine on the veranda - more incredible views and a great atmosphere. It was a pleasure being served by Eva, who was very efficient and friendly. When you're paying $20 for a glass of wine or a cocktail, however, it seems a bit odd that other guests bring their own bottles to the veranda. It also seems unfair to the waitstaff that still provide a service. Perhaps there should be a another designated area for bringing your own wine etc. The only disappointment was our dinner in the dining room. We have eaten there many times and have always been impressed with the service as well as the food. This time, however, we waited for our entrees for an hour and forty minutes. Once we notified the staff, our entrees were served immediately, but they were lukewarm. To the manager's credit, we were not charged for the entrees, but it was a disappointing end to an otherwise lovely evening.

The Inn is beautiful. Dinner in the dining room was fabulous! Liana was an excellent server. The She Crab soup is the best I have ever had. Breakfast with Sandy was excellent also. A few of the staff need some hospitality training. A few feel entitled vs helping their guests. If you’re in hospitality, you should not push your entitled views on others.

As a retiree traveling with my wife and our adult children, we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. The Inn on Biltmore Estate exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was gracious and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the views of the estate were simply stunning. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of being so close to everything the Biltmore has to offer. A truly special experience, we’re already talking about coming back!

Special Weekend But Missed Dining Opportunities
The staff are extremely well trained and “of course!” Is always their reply. They are all friendly without being obsequious. Standards are high for service, food (quality, freshness, presentation, options), cleanliness and promptness. We found it frustrating to book reservations in the dining room, told there was no availability, even when there were several empty tables, throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!
