We had a beautiful room on the 6th floor and heard not one thing from our neighbors. Not sure if they were all just really quiet, but I had the feeling we were home alone when we were in our room. Miss Williams was so kind to upgrade us when she saw our plans to stay for the whole week — which my partner and I really appreciated. The room was big and the bathroom was lux. We made a gorgeous coffee every morning while we enjoyed the view and got ready for the day. The cherry on top was being on the rooftop while the sun was shining in Buckhead. The people we met were so kind, informed and helpful — this makes the biggest impact. We will definitely be booking the same hotel next time we‘re in Atlanta.

Miguellina Robinson is the definition of customer service. She greeted my husband and I with a warm tone and smile. Miguellina explained all the amenities and gave my husband Matsuhisa wine as Birthday gift. The atmosphere at Nobu was calming and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or for a staycation.

I wish the location details were more specific because we had trouble finding the parking garage upon arrival. The clerk said the gates were closed due to the time we came. I feel like that should be listed on the site or somewhere in the description but overall the stay was as expected. Rooms were clean and the service was satisfactory. The price was definitely worth the price and experience.

The staff was truly the sweetest! I did have a couple of small inconveniences with the restaurant, though. For breakfast, my orders were almost right, which threw me off a little. Once, I asked for no radish on my toast but received it anyway, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Another time, I ordered a breakfast roll and asked for it to be well-done, but it came out undercooked. Aside from those minor hiccups, I met some of the warmest people there. I can’t wait to try Nobu at other locations!

Nice luxury experience, would revisit if the chance presented itself! The staff was friendly, the amenities were plentiful and food was great! The snacks that were Japanese were very cool as well!

Naqueisha at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was very nice, respectful, friendly and helpful. I booked the Porsche suite for my fiancé and I and i wanted to decorate the room before my fiancé got there, and to also have wine service. Naqueisha made everything possible! She made sure i was booked for the correct room, called me when the room was ready, allowed me to do everything to make the birthday a success. She was even more helpful when i got to the hotel.
