Great for families. Activities all day for kids. You really don't have to leave the resort unless you want to. Can't wait to come back

Location was convenient to the airport. Facility was beautiful. Rooms were clean and we had great view. Plenty of towels as well.

I loved this resort! Came for CrimeCon. It’s so beautiful. The staff is amazing! We did the lazy river and hot tub on our arrival day! The fire places were in just the right places! The food was so good! I went to at least 4 restaurants! Our room was comfortable!

There are many nice things about this hotel, but the location is not one of them. You are stuck in the middle of nowhere - there are absolutely zero restaurants, bars, drugstores...anything within easy walking distance. It felt like being trapped on a cruise ship, except you could order Uber Eats from downtown Denver restaurants for like a $10 delivery fee. I stayed at the hotel as part of a professional conference. There are often lots of loud parties and gatherings at such conferences, and because there were no off-site bars for them to happen at, several of them happened, quite loudly, in hotel rooms on my floor. Because food delivery was so expensive, I was stuck eating at the in-house restaurants, whose vegetarian and vegan options were slim and to be frank unimaginative. The staff were across the board lovely, the true highlight of an otherwise annoying stay. I can imagine this might be a nice place for a family vacation, but as a venue for doing business it was lacking.

We have stayed at this location for the last 3 years and we are booked for to stay there again in 2 weeks time. On our previous visits we have been told that all of the restaurants are fully booked and we had to go off site (except breakfast). I have just called the hotel and explained that we will be staying there in 2 weeks time and that I want to book a table. I have been told that the Thanksgiving buffet is fully booked and that the other restaurants are first come first serve even for overnight guests!!! Why stay at this hotel if you can’t get a restaurant to eat in if they are catering to all of the day visitors?

The fact that there's not really a choice in prices amongst the restaurants for food or drinks, they are all actually the same, there is no low cost option, is very disheartening if you were to come with a family.how do you expect families with diverse incomes to come to your hotel? I actually came for a conference that was paid for by my company and to be honest, it has me doubting my own company as to why they would go through spending so much money to put us up here when the pool closes at 8:00, the food and drink prices are not comparable they are literally all the same in all eight restaurants, this is not a family-friendly establishment in my opinion. To clarify, there is no way in heck that I could bring my family here, thank God my company brought me here! On a good note, it's beautiful property, stunning, massive, inspiring and unimaginable, but Way Beyond my personal attainment. Again, I say, if it weren't for my company paying for me to be here I could never afford to be here. Oh on a separate note couldn't get the bathtub to work the TV goes off at I don't know what time but you're not allowed to use it before 8:00 a.m., and if you come during the week, the pool amenities of at 10:00 and close at 8:00 p.m.. unfortunately those hours didn't work for us so I didn't get to partake in the amenities.
