Beautiful 5* hotel with excellent service. It is amazing place to have a calm & relax. Very good location in 10-15 min healthy walk from city center. Own access to the beach with comfortable sun chairs at green garden. Only qualitative products and wide choice on breakfast & bar, buffet and of course at the amazing Deck Restaurant. Very useful underground parking is available as well! Truly hospitality from whole hotel team with a head of Mr. Pieros. He is personally taking care about the guests! Many thanks! Greetings and thanks also to Sara, Vladimiros, Judit, Stephanie, Natalya and many many others. You all make a difference! We stayed at Alion for second time and enjoyed our holidays very much! The Alion Beach Hotel is the place we want definitely to return again. ❤️

We stayed at Alion Beach Resort for three nights at the end of September. While the property is often rated as a five-star hotel, in our opinion, it did not fully meet that standard. Upon arrival, there was no staff member to greet us, and we had to unload our luggage from the taxi and carry it into the reception area ourselves. On a positive note, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked half board, and while both breakfast and lunch were excellent — offering a wide selection and good quality — the buffet dinners were disappointing. The food was often cold and lacked the standard we expected, which was a letdown compared to the other meals. Overall, the stay had both good and bad points, but certain aspects, particularly the service and dinner quality, could definitely be improved to match a true five-star experience.

This was our annual holiday to The Alion Beach Hotel, we have been going now for over 15 years due to the fantastic warmth we receive as returners from the Manager Mr Michael and his lovely Staff alike. Add to that the most sumptuous and beautiful setting in its meticulous gardens, spotlessly clean hotel environment, top class facilities, great food and service and an ability to actually sleep at night after a wonderful relaxing day on the sunbed. You have a choice at evenings of either using the hotel's quality restaurant's or a nice walk into the beautiful town of Ayia Napa and its many interests. People do make places and the people who operate the Alion Beach Hotel certainly make this our go to annual holiday. See you all next year.....

The right word for this hotel complex is paradise. Everything is fantastic: the location on the beautiful beach, the food, the wide selection of restaurants, the very friendly staff, whether at the reception, the restaurant, the beach, or the chambermaids. The whole atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and pleasant. A 5-star hotel with more than 5 hearts.

4-yrs short of three decades and it feels like a second home! The retention of its loyal long standing staff and handover of professionalism to the younger generation is a prime example of sustainability in the difficult hotel and entertainment industry. Each individual warmly greeting every guest in this superb consistently high standards and environmentally friendly beach front venue year after year. From reception, to housekeeping, F&B, its facilities and the people are the highlight of our stays. The IPanama, The Deck and deliciously fresh breakfast to the sound of the sea, morning sunshine, birds chirping simply a joy and blessing. We had a great time again at Alion Beach Hotel. This was our third stay after 2023 and 2024. The Service, the room, the food and drinks were perfect. Also the employees, which did great effort to make our experience wonderful. I can recommend the garden and the pool area, as well as the restaurant "Deck". It was a perfect leisure stay.
