We enjoyed ten wonderful days at this beautiful, well maintained and immaculately clean property in Summer. I appreciated how the team worked together to deliver excellent customer service. From the General Manager Heide and Resident Manager Stefan and Front Office team, right through to the hard working housekeepers and Restaurant Staff, everyone was approachable, friendly and committed to ensuring that we were well cared for--and we were! I loved the beds, they were were exceptionally comfortable, with top quality mattresses and clean, high thread count linens. Breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard, delicious food and great service. Many thanks to the Falkensteiner Muehlviertel team for making our stay extra special! This property is a jewel, very highly recommended, we definitely will return!

Die Eröffnung der Eventsauna war wahrlich ein Event. Tolle Sauna, tolle Saunameister/innen, fantastische Aufgüsse und ein begeistertes Saunapublikum. Das ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Der Anreisetag ist aus meiner Sicht der wichtigste Tag bei einem Wellnessaufenthalt und bestimmt letztendlich den Eindruck des Gesamtaufenthalts. Dieser Tag war bei mir sehr schlecht. Über den Aufenthalt wurde der Eindruck aber besser.
Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! Da ist mir bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Dieses Falkensteiner hat trotz 4s Sterne KEINE Klimaanlage. Trotz Top-renovierter Zimmer! Wäre mir das aufgefallen, hätte ich es niemals im Hochsommer gebucht.
Am Anreisetag war es mit 35+ Grad sehr unangenehm heiß. Unser erstes Zimmer war direkt über dem Spa vor einem Dach, das mit gefühlten 50 Grad ins Zimmer eingestrahlt hat. Die Außenbeschattung wurde bei der Renovierung neben der A/C ebenfalls vergessen. Der Service an der Rezeption, bezüglich eines Zimmertausches, war erst nach Androhung von Abreise gewillt einen Zimmer-Wechsel durchzuführen - das statt 37 Grad nur 33 Grad Temperatur hatte.
Weiter ging es beim Abendessen. Uns wurde ein Tisch zugewiesen, der mitten im Durchgang war (laut Service, reservieren viele Leute ihr Tische vor - hätte man das gewusst….). Der Service wollte uns nicht an einen anderen Tisch setzen lassen, obwohl schon viele frei waren, weil wir später zum Essen gingen. Da hätte ich mir mehr Flexibilität gewünscht, wie z.B. „Setzen Sie sich an einem anderen freien Tisch, morgen werden wir sehen was wir für Sie machen können, um Sie wo anders zu platzieren.“
Ach ja! Im Restaurant war es mangels Klima wieder sehr heiß…..

Unser Aufenthalt vom 4. Bis 22. Juni im Hotel Falkensteiner in Bad Leonfelden war wieder ein voller Genuss: Besonders glücklich waren wir darüber, dass jetzt in der warmen Jahreszeit das Außenbecken abends wieder offen ist, sodass wir sowohl nach dem Abendessen als auch vor dem Frühstück eine Stunde Schwimmen unter freiem Himmel genießen konnten. Große Freude hatten wir auch, weil uns das Hotel anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages, ein wunderbares Arrangement mit Blumen, Torte und einem speziellen Dessert zusammengestellt hat. Voll freudiger Erwartung sehen wir schon unserem nächsten Urlaub in unserem Traumhotel entgegen.

Die Mittagsgerichte sehr einfach und lieblos.
Das Servicepersonal an der Bar sehr nett. Das übrige Personal machen eben nur ihren Job.

Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die Verpflegung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Spabereich lädt zur Entspannung ein.
