Not a good choice if kids less 2 years as no support offered. For families with kids age 2-3 and upwards plenty of excellent activities. No AC or fans in rooms thus on warm summer days it is unbearable to stay in the rooms. Many staff friendly but inexperienced. Sadly Not a good choice for us staying 5 days.

We arrived for a long weekend and check in was very quick. Everything is pretty rustic, room included. We had a small room with a balcony overlooking the parking lot. Everything in the room and balcony felt very cheap and was uncomfortable. Tv screen was smaller than my laptop screen. 2 small plastic chairs were on the balcony, no cushions available. Wi-fi was extremely slow and un-stable, maybe it was because we had the last room in the hall. Breakfast was great for non-vegans. As a vegan, you could have simply cold stuff, fruits, jams, and cereal, even the grilled potatoes had butter. They did have Soya milk available only. We actually booked this place because they advertised Vegan/Vegetarian dishes from a famous chef. There was not much choice for Vegans in the evening. Pizza with no cheese, pasta with tomato sauce. Even the white rice was with butter. For desert, we asked and they said that there was a vegan desert available but that it was in the back and they would have to bring it out to us. I did not understand why. The pool area was ok but no tables whatsoever to put drinks on, only lounge chairs. You had to put your glass on the floor. Everything was very close together. Although the place looks huge, the pools outside are small. In any case, we left a day earlier back to Vienna. It was not a bad weekend, just not what we had expected.

Immer ein Besuch Wert egal ob im Frühjahr/Sommer oder Herbst/Winter. Wir kommen immer gerne, alleine wegen der Du-Kultur. Wir fühlen uns damit einfach herzlich willkommen Verpflegung für uns immer top. Auch Auszeit für Eltern, da Kinderbetreuung möglich ist. Das einzige die Zimmer könnten wieder Mal modernisiert werden.

Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein toller Club mit angrenzender Therme, super Saunalandschaft, sehr freundlichem Personal und kulinarisch etwas ganz Besonderes. Ein grosses Lob an das Team! Besonders toll war das Gala Dinner und die abendlichen Shows. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Schönes Hotel, leider teilweise ungepflegt, Schon bei der Ankunft begrüssen sie auf der Zufahrtsrampe, verbogene, rostige Bleche, eine Menge Laubreste, Splitt obwohl schon viele Tage kein Schnee mehr, schmutzig, von 4 Fahnen auf den Masten beim Eingang 2 zerrissene Fahnen (davon 1 Clubfahne) Vorplatz nicht gereinigt (Streusplitt, Schmutz (obwohl Nachmittagsjause dort serviert wurde, Nettes aufmerksames, freundliches Personal im Restaurant und Rezeption, eigentlich überall, ausgenommen Roomservice, Essen sehr gute Qualität, aber: Zimmermädchen unsauber, beim Betten machen nur Decken gerichtet (keine Polster aufgeschüttelt, kein Leintuch glatt gezogen) 3 Tage lang Zimmer nicht gesaugt (eine Menge Wollmäuse), trotz 2x Reklamation, Boden im Bad und WC wurde nicht gewischt, Polster extrem hart (Das angebliche Polstermenue ist kostenpflichtig mit 2,50€, Zimmer Ok, sehr gutes Bett () Man "schenkt" 4 Kaffekapseln am Zimmer für die Aufenthaltsdauer , der Rest kostet 1.--€ (Kleinlich?) Im Stiegenhaus schmutzig (wird nicht gesaugt, Geländer nicht gewischt) Therme sehr gepflegt, und schön, genug Liegen, Traumhafter Blick auf den Grimming (wir hatten schönes, sonniges Wetter) Keine Spazierwege vom Hotel weg, Seitliche Spazierwege an der Strasse nicht gereinigt, staubig, mit Splitt und ungepflegt (Gemeinde- nicht Hotel), Zimmer erst ab 16Uhr und auch Schwimmbadeintritt erst ab 16 Uhr, sonst Aufzahlung. Am Abreisetag Schwimmbad nur bis 11 Uhr, Die Badverlängerung ab 11Uhr wurde uns kostenlos angeboten.

Nach der Renovierung kam wohl auch der Sparzwang. So ist es für Stammgäste enttäuschend das die Jause nicht mehr im Ollis Stüberl serviert wird, gemütlich an großen Holztischen, sondern im riesigen Restaurant. Sicher steht hier ein kleinerer Aufwand als Begründung. Nur was hier dieses Jahr angeboten wird hat nichts mit einer Jause zu tun. Siehe Bilder vom 13.8.24. an anderen Tagen steht mal noch etwas Wurstsalat den man stark nachwürzen muss.

Haben wiederholt einige Tage hier verbracht und waren wieder super zufrieden! Junges, freundliches Personal , sehr vielfältiges tolles Buffet, gute Getränke (allinklusiv). Zimmer sauber und groß. Services im ganzen Haus super! Thermenaufenthalt auch super gut! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!!!

Waren für 3 Nächte im Aldiana von Anfang bis zum Ende ein Desaster Buchung wurde nicht gefunden Unfreundliche Rezeption Keine Informationen über hotel oder Ablauf im hotel Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen über Haben eine Suite gebucht da ist die minibar inbegriffen aber das wird keinem gesagt wird auch nicht nachgefüllt Bei Nachfragen bekommt man immer wieder verschiedene Antworten Abzocke bei Tischreservierung wird einem verklikert das es keine 4er Tische gibt was nicht war ist Viel zu voll das hotel Abends bis spät laute Musik Essen Masse statt Klasse einfach Massen Abfertigung Die Krönung =Damenunterweäsche vom Vorgänger im Schrank nach Aufforderung bis zum Schluss nicht entfernt Nie wieder Aldiana
