別墅式酒店，在茶山上，環境很好，酒店位置裏Ella小鎮和九孔橋都很近，房間陽台上還有秋千床，非常適合度假。唯一的缺點是床上用品比較潮。

Overpriced!
1. 沒空調，房間內非常潮濕，被窩又涼又濕
2. 正直酒店施工 大清早就在房間門口敲敲打打
3. 房間非常不隔音 酒店和景區共享道路 從reception 到房間 還能堵車 各種tuk tuk從房間外經過 又是喇叭又是發動機的轟鳴 非常吵
4. 除了入住和退房，期間無任何服務可言

98 Acres is located is an excellent and a unique location which is located just very close by all the adventurous activities that you can take part in Ella Sri Lanka including Ella town, nine arch bridge, flying ravana, little adam’s peak and etc. From the moment we arrived, obtaining a warm welcoming from the concierge to a smooth check-in and check-out process, all the staff members were so friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Kalana & all other staff members who made our stay so comfortable The room we stayed was Royal Delux which indeed had royal outlook with a majestic view of the mountains. However I personally felt it’s better if it is equipped with a bath-tub or a mini pool as the name of the room category says “royal” and for the price I guess it deserves such an amenity♥️

We had a wonderful stay, place was amazing. Breakfast was superb and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had three rooms with excellent views and very comfortable stay.

Sadly we only stayed at this hotel for 1 night but wished it was longer. The views are absolutely breathtaking! Rooms are beautiful and spacious again withba spectacular view and it had everything we needed, the best hotel we stayed until for resources for mosquito protection. The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant is gorgeous. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool which was a shame as the pool is stunning with views looking out across the mountains. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would love to come back and stay again for longer!!
