Позволили выехать позже на 2 часа без доплаты.
Номера большие, но на последнем этаже,,окна под потолком, т.е номер без вида. Плохая звукоизоляция, постоянно шум. Завтраки достаточно простые,,но вид из ресторана на город хорош. Среди го тех много индусов, представителей ближнего Востока и местных жителей

Resepsiyon, kat gorevlileri, yemek salonu çalışanları çok ilgili ve kibar. Genel olarak temiz ve harika bir konumda. Bazı odaların pencereleri yukarda olduğu için göz hizasında değil rezervasyon yaparken dikkat edilmeli, odalardaki halılar biraz eskimiş. Genel olarak temiz, ilgili çalışanlar ve harika konum. 6 yaşındaki oğlumla, rahat ve güvenli konakladık. Kahvaltı salonunun manzarası ve misafirperverlik çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon görevlisi Sona' ya, ve yemek salonu sorumlusu Zaur Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Sapphire City hotel is the best hotel we have ever been in. It's near to everything cause it's literally in the center. You can easily go to old city, shopping centers and etc. The only problem is absence of smart TV

This wasn’t my first time staying at Sapphire City Hotel, but it was definitely the best experience so far! From the very first moment, Leyla and Sona were incredibly helpful and welcoming — their kindness and professionalism truly made my stay outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary transportation from the hotel to the airport, which added even more value to my visit. I also joined the hotel’s loyalty program, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. My entire family has stayed at this hotel before, and it has always been a great choice — but this time was truly exceptional thanks to the amazing team. Thank you, Sapphire City Hotel, for another memorable experience! I will definitely be coming back again.
