We love everything about this hotel!!! The cleanliness, the absolutely incredible service, the decor, the location. It is a top notch hotel. All staff are super nice and attentive with great smile everytime. The breakfast was awesome and the server are all very very friendly and attentive. We stayed 3 nights and there is nothing we could complain about. I rarely write review but I feel like I would this time because we enjoyed a ton. They all made our trip a memorable one.

We had an excellent time at Regent Bali Canggu! The hotel rooms and facilities were extremely impressive and well-maintained and the bathrooms and swimming pool in particular were very high quality. The food was also delicious for both the in room dining and the hotel restaurants, and you also have a very nice view of the sea and beautiful scenery in general. Would highly reccomend!

It’s was amazing experience with Regent, specially the stuff, Bali people so kind and nice. Stuff did excellent job, make us feel special, always take care of us from first minute until we left. Thank so much Regent stuff. The hotel is new and convenient location, everything close. The pool area so beautiful. Specifically the club house. We will be back again for sure and will recommend this place to our friends

這新開才9個月的酒店，所有設施都投入服務了，有好多大大小小的泳池，環境優美，有SPA和Library的遊戲棋藝閣和桌球、健身房等一應俱全。Beach Villa的超級無敵海景和泳池涼亭構成絕美的風景！現實看到的比相片和網上看到的美一百倍！酒店員工笑容滿面，十分細心，會用whatsapp和住客溝通，提供比其他酒店更方便快捷和優質的服務。我會給這酒店10/10滿分！如果真要挑剔的話，唯一的是酒店內的TARU餐廳味道未跟得上價格，和往返機場的路有點堵。我很少寫這麼長的評價和發這麼多相片，證明這酒店真是值得來住，真心推介給喜歡美景和對服務有要求的人。

住過這麼多頂級五星及度假酒店，被服務感動的少之又少，應該説見多了好服務，很難被感動到。
但峇裏島蒼古麗晶，是真讓我們都感動了[飛吻R]
下午1點多到達酒店前台，先辦理入住，此時離可以check
in入住時間還有1個多小時。因為問了前台服務生拿探熱針（孩子爸爸常委有點不舒服，想看看是否有發燒），馬上引起前台重視，馬上拿到探熱針不説，各種詢問是否要其他幫助，主動提出先給其他已經打掃好的房型我們入住休息（此時已經告知説幫我們免費升級成套房，方便一家3口入住）。3點準時1秒不差通知我們可以到我們的房間，服務員已經在等候。
接送的電瓶車在整個2天的入住時間裏，無論想去哪，電話都沒打過一次，衹要一出門，就好像有車等着接送，馬上就可以上車[偷笑R]好像就知道我們什麼時候需要用車一樣，真是神了。
我們訂的2天1晚，平台上正常沒有送雙人Spa的（應該需要住2晚集以上才有的福利）酒店居然主動贈送了。
第二天我們兩大人約了要去上音療課，要5點才回到酒店（航班是晚上凌晨12點）孩子沒地方去，竟然幫我們延遲退房到5點等孩子可以在房間等我們[哭惹R]
白天看到酒店維護人員在很仔細做各種細緻維護，擦户外椅子的污漬都一絲不苟，這種用心也是打動人之處！
酒店出門就是蒼古很繁華的小店，網紅咖啡餐廳一應俱全，非常方便！
