If you’re a couple think and decide before coming here. First thing first we weren’t greeted and served any welcome drink. Was told to wait while there’s an open counter reception with staff seems to be foreigners. Secondly if you order grab food or any food online delivery platform be prepared to go to the lobby and wait and collect because they have a policy of no food allowed to be left at their desk?! I stayed over 20, 5 Stars hotel none of them had this issue. What seems to be a relaxation place made things more intense for people prefer tranquility.

We had a wonderful stay at Movenpick Resort Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — always warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The resort is incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that kept both adults and children happy throughout our stay. It really is a place where families can relax together and enjoy every moment. Our room was spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. Combined with the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, it made our stay feel truly rejuvenating.

1.It’s good and nice hotel but you have to walk 8 min to reach to the beach and was not nice beach and not prepared by hotel for any chairs. 2.The toilet doesn’t not have long water hose only the eco clean one which was terrible. 3.The breakfast variety not good almost for Asian people . 4. They offered from 4-5pm in katha lounge some chocolate and snakes not nice at all they don’t have something imported all are local and not nice. 5. The kids club they have open late 9:00 imagine if you want to go trip early you can’t until they open and also they close early 6:00 pm which the kids can’t play after they finish swimming and also only 4hrs free after that you have to pay 65000 per hour which is not that kind of kids friendly resorts.

+ spacious room, clean and comfy bed and live the pillows + at least 5 pools . Great place for family with small kids + staff are great and helpful and allow us to check out later than noon - check in was delayed a bit despite us turning up after 3pm - shower head need to be replaced urgently (room 2722) - breakfast was ok but some tables including ours didn’t get our coffee until we finish breakfast and about to leave. Staff coordination was look a bit haywire yesterday morning 😅

I stayed here with my 9 month old daughter and my wife. Both of us got food poisoning from their food. Their breakfast was so bad and unsafe that my wife, while sick, had to order something warm from outside because we no longer trusted their kitchen or their chefs. When the food arrived, even though she told them she was sick, they refused to bring it to the room and forced her to walk to reception to pick it up because of some ridiculous “rule.” That says everything you need to know about their service. Check in took 35 minutes, check out 40 minutes. Staff were completely clueless. Rooms were filthy, towels looked ten years old even though the hotel is supposedly new, and we had to switch rooms because of how dirty it all was. On top of that, almost everything we tried to order from their menu was “out of stock.” The only thing they seem proud of is their silly chocolate hour, which is laughable when guests are literally getting sick from their food. This was without question the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would strongly warn anyone against staying here. I will also be contacting corporate because this was a shameful disaster that ruined my holiday.

Fantastic facilities including gym, pool and kids areas. Staff have been very attentive and even supported when my child became ill.
