Stunning hotel and very well suited to families! The kids loved the buffet brekky and pool set up. The only improvement would be the kids club required parents to be present for young ones so you can't really leave kids for a few hours (unless you get a nanny).

Everything about our stay at Prime Plaza was easy. The hotel is very family friendly. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The swimming pool and water slide is very kid friendly. We look forward to returning again in the future.

A pretty good hotel. The pool area is great. The rooms are a little dated and have outdoor furniture but are extremely large for a hotel. The staff were great.
The only downside is the hotels location. It’s a short walk to the Sanur touristy area which is fine if you don’t mind a short walk.
Would recommend for families on a budget.

Pool area and kids options were outstanding. The beach is a distance away but we used Grab to get around and had no issues. The room had many ants, including in one of the beds, so the only issue we had was around general cleanliness. Otherwise a great stay for a family vacation.

This hotel is a delight. It is such a great hotel for families. The kids' menu is huge. Both pools are great and have a kids section. The slide is amazing and works for little kids as well as big. The water dispenser in the room was also a very pleasant surprise. I wish we had stayed longer. The back gate gives you really easy access to the shopping / food ***** around a 5 min walk and around another 5 to the beach.
