Nice location.
Amenities are normal standard for marriot group level.
Cleaning below marriot standard , found couple of stain in the bed sheet and also stain on the coffe mug
How ever after noticed to the duty manager the cleaning improved greatly also the Director of room personally contacted us and offer us a spa which was a very nice recovery action together with a bouquet a flower.
Which show very good will and correct behavior
Facilities are nice but hotel start to show sign of time passing
Service and restaurant are quiet nice and staff very avaible and nice.
Had overall a good stay

Nice hotel, the staffs are really nice. The pool and the beach is relaxing. The breakfast is indulging. The towels are a bit gray.

A great resort to spending holiday with family , the location in central Bali down town, a lot great restaurant , cafe and bar round the resort, we had a great time there. The breakfast is amazing, we enjoyed it so much, we will come back again soon!

Everything are good! Service, hotel facility, room are clean, Spa massage is individual room, swim pool with floating bed & the beach outside of hotel are excellent, really relax & we could chill whole day. Food at all restaurant are good & delicious, only bad things are the price leval of all exepenses in hotel are quite high...

They provided excellent service in the hotel. The room and the common areas were all kept clean and felt very comfortable. The breakfasth is highly recommended too. The staff really made a great job at making the stay as comfortable as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the W Hotel in Bali. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, one incident left us feeling disappointed.
At the Woobar, we noticed an empty seating area and asked the staff if we could sit there. Unfortunately, we were told it wasn’t possible due to a reservation. After 2-3 hours, the seats were still empty, so we asked again. Once more, we were told no because the reservation was for 5 PM. As a result, the seats remained vacant for nearly 5 hours.
In my opinion, the staff could have allowed us to use the lounge seats until 4:45 PM, as most bar visits typically last 2.5 to 3 hours. This would have been a more efficient and guest-friendly use of the space.
