I stayed at Hotel Pentacity Balikpapan two days ago. The location is excellent — it’s in the same complex as a mall, so everything is very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the service from the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was also good, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

The hotel is right next to the shopping mall hotel is nice. Has amazing atmosphere with the pool party. The only bad thing that the gym is in another building. The telephone in my room wasn’t working and the breakfast could be will be better.

Pentacity Hotel Balikpapan:
Comfort Meets Convenience
Stayed here recently and loved the direct access to Pentacity Mall and nearby attractions. Rooms were clean, spacious, and offered great sea views. Staff were friendly, breakfast was solid, and the location is unbeatable for both leisure and business. A reliable pick if you’re in town.

The room is clean. Service is good. The hotel is located at a strategic place where it is beside a shopping mall and only 15-20 mins to the airport.

room size is big enough. for the price of US$55 incl breakfast is good value BUT Unfortunately i think housekeeping skipped on changing sheets….there were blood stains, “***** or some weird” stains on bedsheets, comforter sheet, pillow cases…
