This was my 1st time at the GALGORM and what an experience it was. We had a group of 15 ladies celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday and had the Red Oak house booked alongside a cottage. From the smooth checking in to the ambience, decor and facilities appearance was delightful. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we could have wished for and more. The team members I personally engaged with were Adam (buggy king), Conor, Graeme (manager)Paul front of house concierge,Robin (driver) spa team, Lauren,Zoe, Leah, Ella at guest purchases , and bar staff Brandon and Lukas. Breakfast in Gillies was beautiful, the thermal village was a most relaxing experience and very well equipped. This was the best we could have hoped for and I am delighted to say the whole group were in awe of this and endeavour to return soon. Congratulations to the spectacular team at GALGORM for all they do to ensure a perfect pocket of luxury which was exactly what we needed. Xxx

Stayed in one of the cottages, great space with everything you could ask for in a relaxing break. Breakfast in the conservatory was a delight. Plenty on offer brought to the table. Must remember to specify how soft i like my eggs next time as the poached eggs were overdone, but if thats my only negative, don’t let it deter you from an amazing experience. There was a takeaway menu in the room, which I may use next time, but we ate in Fratelli’s as fancied an evening out. Plenty of food choice.

From the moment we arrived at Galgorm, we knew we were in for something special—but the team still managed to exceed every expectation we had for our wedding day. The grounds are simply stunning, with beautiful backdrops at every turn for photos. Our guests were blown away by the setting, and so many told us it was one of the most beautiful venues they’d ever attended a wedding in. The staff were outstanding from start to finish. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day. The coordinators made the planning process seamless, and on the day itself, everything ran so smoothly we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The food was exceptional—many guests commented that it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. Service was warm and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to make sure everyone felt looked after. Our wedding at Galgorm was everything we dreamed of and more. We’ll treasure the memories forever and can’t thank the team enough for giving us the most magical day. If you’re considering Galgorm for your wedding, don’t hesitate—it’s perfection.

We recently stayed to celebrate both my daughter's exam results. I have stayed many times but it was my daughters first time at Galgorm. We stayed in a 2 bed cottage which was fabulous! It had absolutely everything needed for a memorable stay and staff had very kindly left a card and sweet treats to mark the occasion! This was so very much appreciated and made my girls feel very special. The spa was very relaxing and not as busy as it had been during previous stays. We enjoyed cocktails, mocktails and lunch at elements. All of which were wonderful. We had dinner in fratelli's. This was my first time dining in this restaurant. Food was beautiful however the service was disappointing. Service started off very promising but as the evening went on it was very slow. Breakfast was of the usual high standard with plenty of choice! Overall we had a wonderful stay and as I'm a regular guest, I will of course return!

We were 9 people staying in the Oaks Residence and cannot get over how amazing it was. We took our own food to cook and we had every appliance we could have needed. You get your own hot tub with and sauna, the area around the house is very quiet and private. To get to the spa we called reception and were sent a little bus to and from the spa which was brilliant, the staff driving these were great fun. Any issues we had (needed a new robe at one stage) was no problem getting a one. One of the shower head was broken and a tap was slightly broken but didn’t dampen our experience. The Oaks Residence was expensive but split between us all was absolutely 10000% worth it. The spa is absolutely outstanding, it’s mostly outside and is so beautiful and open. Cannot wait to get back to the Galgorm in general

Definitely not value for money. Expecting a luxurious stay but was disappointed. Threadbare dressing gowns and minimal supplies in Mini fridge. Staff mainly were good but for the cost was expecting a five star experience and that was not what I got.

We came for our wedding anniversary and there were little extra touches in the bedroom that made this more special. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas making it super festive and cosy. The spa was perfection, it is always a little busy but we went about 5pm and it wasn't too bad. The cocktails are expensive but you do get free alcoholic drinks in your room and prosecco on arrival so we were happy to pay for some cocktails. The room was gorgeous and the surrounding areas, like the mulberry garden where we had mulled wine and toasted marshmallows made it extra special. The gentleman greeting us at the front door was so lovely, as were all the staff. The deluxe check in was closed for us both on arrival and departure but we didn't have to wait long, so we didn't mind. Dinner and breakfast food wise was great, the only minor fault was slow service at dinner and we actually left before desserts due to waiting so long. I was also disappointed that 3 courses didn't include dessert!! Overall, the most gorgeous relaxing stay and treated so well from start to finish. We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much Galgorm, you never disappoint.
