I had two stays at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square — first for 5 days 4 nights, and then again for 4 days 3 nights. My first stay was excellent; the room looked new, clean, and very comfortable. During my second stay, the room I received looked a bit older compared to the first one, so I’m not sure why there was a difference.
Overall, the location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is very convenient for shopping and getting around. Despite the room difference, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning on my next trip to Bangkok.

Caring staff toward our enquire questions. Our room was upgraded too .Fantastic location surrounding shopping mall. Hope hotel management change to a bigger umbrella for hotel guests due to heavy rain ,during our stay .

We picked this hotel due to the location, high rating on CTrip and the brand name. The location is excellent and is ideal for shopping and has access to the BTS on its doorstep.
The negatives of our stay include the condition of the hotel and the rooms. The hotel is old and the rooms do need a major renovation to be considered or worthy of its rating. We had issue with the noise the aircon was making in our room so we had to change rooms. The walls and ceiling in the room show obvious signs of fatigue and our bed squeaked with every movement. The most disturbing thing was the sound proofing of the rooms. We could clearly hear every step or sound from the corridor and also rooms adjacent.

The hotel is literally at Siam. One of the most convenient BTS station. And skywalk to Siam Paragon , Centralworld , and a few other malls.
Outside the hotel , there many massage shops, and also places to eat if you feeling hungry and lazy to walk too far. Siam Paragon have a great variety food options at their foodcourt too.
We got a free upgrade and late checkout. The concierge told us abt there be some renovations noise happening in the morning.
Overall is an amazing location.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, with shopping malls, food options, and train access just steps away. It made exploring Bangkok with our kids so easy and convenient.
Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well after full days of sightseeing!
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights — a wide variety of options that kept both adults and kids happy every morning. The chefs were also kind enough to cater to small requests, which really made us feel looked after.
Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool area, and we appreciated the relaxing atmosphere to unwind while they had fun. It’s clear that Novotel understands what families need — convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
We left with great memories and would definitely choose Novotel again for our next trip to Bangkok. A big thank-you to the wonderful team for making our family holiday so enjoyable and stress-free!
