The hotel is in in a lovely ancient building with stylish modern updates, convenience, and comfort. The breakfast is hearty and delicious with very fresh local delicacies, fruits, and breads. The staff is impeccable— multilingual, immensely helpful (especially Tomas, from Haiti, whose wit and charm immediately puts one at ease) The front desk staff were always kind and helpful. Many thanks for a wonderful visit that was far too brief!

Everything is great about the place; especially their staff at reception; Tataianni helped us a lot, even the gentleman that we checked in with; the other girl twin sister of Tatianni was also very friendly; Thoma the doorbell guy .. all the staff was wonderful, also a gentleman that helped us to get to our taxi on the day we checked out Breakfast was also good.. thank you for your great services and wonderful staff..we had a issue as our taxi driver ( Irfan/ Ahmed ) on our way from airport just dropped us on middle of the street stating the taxi won’t go their.. even when he spoke with hotel manager their is a closer place to hotel where he can drop us but he didn’t listen at all that was out worst experience .. keep in mind that these type of taxi drivers are lazy and unfriendly .. try to book your taxi through hotel if you want door to door service.. or else be ready to walk with your luggage.. also their is a school right behind the place you would hear the kids playing during day tine as they use the square as school play ground.. try to contact hotel before you get their to a oils such issues .. Entire staff thank you for helping us, thank you Tatiana for guiding us where to get good food and planing our stay in Barcelona

My family and I just stayed at Hotel Neri, and it blew our minds—definitely 5 stars! Right in the Gothic District, so perfect for strolling through Barcelona's old-school vibes. We grabbed a big apartment to chill after all that sightseeing, and it was amazing. The place is upscale but super chill, like a boutique spot with friendly vibes. Felt safe. Staff were on point. If you want a swanky spot in a cool neighborhood, check out Hotel Neri. We'll be back for sure!

What an incredible experience at Hotel Neri! Mauro took great care of us and made sure we were satisfied with our beautiful rooms. He was exceptionally warm, welcoming and accommodating. A true gentleman. He also made some incredible recommendations for restaurants that we could walk to. Each one was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It’s in a restored 12 century castle in the Gothic Corridor of Barcelona. It’s surrounded by incredible architecture, shops, cafes and restaurants. What more could you want? We’re looking forward to returning to Hotel Neri soon!

Service: professional, courteous, attentive. Thomas was a huge help arriving and departing. Food: Outstanding. The standout was the breakfast tray of delicious fresh bread, fruit, and yogurt. It accompanied by eggs and an open face Iberian ham sandwich. Dinner was also excellent. Facilities: Modern and luxurious in an old palace. Great shower with thick towels. Very nice bedding.

From the moment we arrived via car service the hotel arranged, Thomas met us in the blazing sun on the plaza to transport our bags to the hotel. Even our driver remarked on "what a character he is". Smiling, fun and at our service during our stay. It's an intimate, beautiful hotel in the Gothic district with a great bar and beautiful breakfast. Everything we needed was provided with a smile. We will always remember our stay at Hotel Neri and hope to return someday!

Anniversary bucket list trip. FIVE STAR service all around. Beautiful setting. Secure, luxurious bedding and towels! The hotel staff was so gracious and so accommodating. Thomas helped with our bags and Maru (Ma-RU) gave excellent recommendations. We would definitely come back. DO onto the Sagrada Família and DO get tix to Parc Gruell at least 7 days in advance!
