Had a wonderful 2 nights stay at Swiss-belhotel HarbourBay! The room was clean and they acceded to my request. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location to HarbourBay Ferry Terminal was a plus point (less than 5 mins)! Worth the stay!

First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay…
Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good
But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good..

The room is spacious, the staff was friendly and nice, the bed was comfortable and the AC was good.
The breakfast spread was amazing. There were menu change since we stayed there for 3 nights so I'm very glad for that. It is a bit further than Batam town but it was easy to get Grab and Gojek. Overall it's a good stay.

Friendly service from front desk staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Used the pick-up service from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal as I arrived quite late in the evening. Driver punctual and was waiting at arrival gate for me. Room was comfortable and clean. Minor traffic noise from nearby road.

Close to the ferry terminal. Thank you for the complimentary birthday decorations. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. I loved the jamu at the breakfast spread, and we had a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed my stay here at Swiss Belhotel. Good location within Habour Bay downtown area. Rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciate the welcome snack and message note. Breakfast was good with reasonable variety. I utilized the swimming pool and gym as well. Those facilities are well maintained. Highly recomnended.
