We loved our time at Cedre. Hotel was beautiful, well-appointed, and service was excellent. Reverent out of their way to ensure your experience was excellent. Breakfast was good. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to ride the wine trails, loved the library / fireplace area. Location is walkable to downtown without being in the middle the city. We look forward to coming back!

博訥雪松酒店及水療中心是該地區最好的酒店之一，花園精緻，有比較古老的建築，房間設施還比較齊全，有地下停車場，水療中心服務很熱門，預約有點難度。酒店餐廳還榮膺米其林一星，是相當難得的選項，可惜的是服務有些瑕疵，態度略顯傲慢冷淡，但願不是針對外國客人的緣故。

We booked the hotel for our anniversary mixed with business trip. We got a charming room, nicely appointed. Beautiful view to French village street. Service was impeccable, at the hotel and the restaurant. staff was very professional, gracious and accommodating, especially Maxime, he seemed to be everywhere and do everything. The hotel exceeded our expectations and made our anniversary very special. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful hotel with the perfect location for a day trip wine tasting or a walk into the village. The service and staff as well as the food and drink are all five stars. Breakfast is well prepared with a wide variety of menu items and the outside patio is a great place to eat just have a pre dinner spritz. What can be said about dinner ? Make reservations early and leave plenty of time. You will be amazed by the courses and the surprises. A gastronomic ride you will enjoy.
