王府半島非常好，但有兩處不是特別好，一是熱水器洗澡的時候突然變熱了，幸好沒燙傷，二是咖啡機特別不好用，等了二十分鐘還沒出來咖啡液，其他挺好的，特別是早餐很好吃，果汁真的是鮮榨的

特別是拖鞋能的做的很棒～很舒適～

The service was impeccable — the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. 前台出奇的小，連供客人等候的沙發都沒有。旁邊是一些商户有些不倫不類。雖然給升級了上下兩層的套房 但是每一層面積都不大感覺比較侷促。早飯是真難吃啊！中看不中吃，大失所望！值班經理的服務態度還不錯，送了一塊蛋糕作為補償，還幫忙打車。但總體來講依然不值這個價，不推薦。

We stayed at the Peninsula Beijing for its prime location. The hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent. The rooms were luxurious and very comfortable. The breakfast lobby was comfortable and a nice selection was available. A cart with complimentary muffin/ pasties /cupcakes at the breakfast lobby was a thoughtful idea.
The kids loved the amenities like use of PlayStation in the room and a good selection of games were available. The pool area could be improved as not enough recliners are available and has no hot spa pool. The spa area is nice but the prices were steep.
Overall we had a memorable experience.

Picturesque hotel with a grand lobby. Stayed at the loft at 14f that comes with upper and lower deck. Highly recommended for young couples and kids but not advisable for elderly people due to constant climbing of stairs. Need to ask conceirge for help to move luggage. Overall sevice is good with constant roomkeeping. Checkout the rooftop bar at night as well.
However, breakfast is a bit disappointing taste-wise. French toast was burnt and omelette was overcooked. Spread is quite limited. The menu also includes pay options which should not be the case for a hotel of this price range. Same for afternoon refreshments. Water is provided in cans (Voss) which is a bit strange. Bottles would be better.

Great hotel, as usual when talking about peninsula. Made an upgrade to big room, my friends received upgrade to very spacious suit with personal cinema although they booked the basic room. Very tasty breakfast and great location 15 min walk from the palace.
