Totally no flexibility and commercially oriented. If your goal is to make customer unhappy, good luck.

Amazing hotel staff were fantastic highly recommend

I live nearby therefore frequent this place for food. The arrival experience is nice and you are received by the polite and friendly valet staff. I would like to highlight the amazing service of Mr. Pramod Dubey. He always receives me at the car drop off zone with a big smile and an enthusiastic ‘Namaste Sir!’. Not seeing him makes my visit feel incomplete. In Azia is one of my favourite Asian restaurants in India. The Thai fried chicken is really good. I don’t understand why the staff discourage ordering this dish by saying that it will take 25 mins when it arrives as fast as any appetiser. The haka noodles and Sichuan fish are other favourites of mine. The superstar server here is Mishty whose service is always flawless. She really takes good care of the guests. Feast is a good all day dining restaurant with good buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many items on their menu and all are well made. I just wish that they don’t play lame music on loud speakers. Usually they have some celebratory days and play music on loud speakers. Creating such a loud and cheap atmosphere is really unfortunate and is not suitable for Sheraton’s clientele. Zarf does some amazing North Indian food and the bar near it is a cool hangout spot. Will update my review if I ever use the spa, salon, gym or do a staycation.

Pramod Dubey always greets us with a good smile and helps us with our bags and assists seniors in the family to the car. He is professional and extremely polite and helpful. Many thanks for his wonderful service.
