First time in Benidorm meeting friends but stayed in different hotel from them as I am a big fan of the H10 brand - this hotel did not disappoint. Wonderful welcome in reception with a glass of cava - checked in quickly and was delighted by my sea view room - spacious comfortable modern and spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing. Although half board I only had breakfast here twice which was very good - great selection and the restaurant was very big so no queuing or crowding. Sat outside the hotel reception and was served drinks from the bar - wonderful place to meet friends before heading out to the old town. Directly opposite is the lovely beach which did get crowded but the hotel has 2 great spots with pools on the 5th and 7th floor. Pool bar on the 5th floor was a lovely spot for lunch. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Maid service excellent. If I return to Benidorm this is the hotel I would return to. It is perfectly placed easy access to old town and great sea views.

Fabulous hotel from start to finish. Walking in the smell was lovely. Staff very friendly and welcoming , nice little bottle of fizz in the room to celebrate a special birthday. Great location. Food was lovely something different all time, was staying 5 nights only ate out once on an evening due to birthday. Would definitely recommend paying extra for the sea view. Beautiful clean rooms. One of the best hotels we have stayed in lately. Hope to return one day.

This hotel provides OUTSTANDING EVERYTHING. All of the staff (especially Ana) couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are huge, bright, spotlessly clean with every extra such as conditioner, body lotion, robes, slippers, lights inside wardrobe, free safe, fridge. The food was delicious, not like a normal hotel buffet. Only negative was that I had to come home. Thank you!

A beautiful hotel, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Sleek and minimalist, yet full of soul and character, with a kind of modern 60s/70s vibe. Everything felt carefully considered – from the airy reception area with designer furniture to the relaxed atmosphere. From the very beginning, the mood was calm, classic, and welcoming. The junior suite was spacious, with comfortable beds and a stylish bathroom. From the terrace on the fourth floor, we enjoyed views of the palm trees at the colorful promenade, the sea – and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The pool area was inviting and well-organized, with comfortable sun loungers and a cosy snack bar. On the rooftop terrace – often all to ourselves – we found peace, sunshine and the spectacular view. The hotel’s small yet well-equipped gym and the charming spa suited us perfectly. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was very tasty, although we missed having the coffee served at the table. The dinner buffet was varied and had tasty food. Always a warm welcome, but the restaurant could feel a bit hectic, with tables close together, guests picking up food and coffee and staff clearing quickly. All in all, a wonderful hotel experience, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Check in friendly & very professional was offered a glass of orange or cava while waiting and proceeded to give us an upgrade to a junior corner suite which was spacious, clean & had a small wrap around balcony. As a new wheelchair user I notice lots of little things & this hotel exceeded my expectations including a lift specifically for wheelchairs. Tables in the restaurant reserved for disabled guests and ramps that were fully usable. The pool areas are beautiful. We stayed DBB & both breakfast & evening meals were buffet style & the food choices were excellent constantly being replenished. All staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy to help.

Hotel is just on edge of the old town. It has beachfront location with plenty of bars and restaurants not far away. The hotels decor is very tastefully done. The bedroom we had was so spacious one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Food was varied with plenty of choice. Overall a beautiful hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us nothing was a trouble. Can’t wait to return

Lovely hotel, brilliant location straight opposite the beach in the lovely old town near the harbour. All the staff were helpful, friendly & professional. The restaurant was lovely, great food. All the seating areas were clean, comfortable & you were able to relax and enjoy a drink. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds & quiet. Really well run hotel very impressed with our stay, would definitely return.

Stayed before it's just so nice. Everyone in the hotel is so helpful perfect location. The only complaint is it's so nice we don't want to go out.
