Great resort, awesome staff, bars, and restaurants, clean rooms and well stocked with waters. Food was awesome at all restaurants. Staff very friendly and fun. Will definitely return. Pool entertainment team was fun and energetic! Foam party was a blast, karaoke night at landshark was entertaining and fun to watch. Employees who made our vacation even more enjoyable were,,, Yessenia concierge at Check in Misael food server at landshark Poor servers that kept the drinks flowing- idania and Humberto Waiter at frank and Lola’s- Rafael and his team Bell Hop at check out- Erick Waiter at boathouse for breakfast- Erick Arceli- kept our room immaculate and well stocked with clean towels toilet paper, water anything we needed without asking License to chill bartender Inez License to chill waiters were all awesome. Especially Cristian and Jonathan.

We had an amazing experience at The Salted Rim thanks to our bartender, Victor! From start to finish, he was incredibly personable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He not only made great drinks quickly and with skill, but he also made us feel right at home every single interaction. It’s rare to come across someone who can balance speed, quality, and friendly conversation so effortlessly — but Victor nailed it. We will absolutely be returning because of him. If you visit The Salted Rim, ask for Victor — you won’t be disappointed! Salu!

The staff was great. Especially, our food servers in the Boathouse-Anthony and Noel. Our butlers-Karen and Joaquin. Our bartenders by the S.O.S. Bar Rodolfo and Maria. Isaac the doorman always welcomes us home! Housekeeping keeps the place spotless. Mauricio kept our room in top shape. Frankie and Lola’s food was wonderful

My boyfriend and I came here for a wedding, and having everything taken care of in terms of food, drinks, etc made it very relaxing. The only reason for 4/5 stars is on the last day, the entire resort lost power and loss of internet made it difficult to checkout as well as loss of power affecting daily activities like breakfast/lightning. While this is not in their control, having a backup generator may be a good investment (lol). Who deserves 5 stars, is JOSE MANUEL, who works in the steakhouse restaurant that is in the resort. He made sure our food was to our liking, took the time to explain/translate anything we didn't understand, and was overall great. The whole team here is extremely friendly and deserves a raise!
