Myself, mom and sister spent 6 days at your resort to celebrate my 50th birthday! All I can say is Jonathan, Kevin, Hector, Edgar and all the entertainment crew made our visit unforgettable! From the start we were made to feel so special! Water aerobics with Jonathan 10/10, Latin dance lessons, karaoke and silent disco with Kevin, Hector and Edgar 10/10!! June and Angie, games and bracelet making 10/10! They sang to us were very attentive and honestly made this celebration unforgettable! We haven’t stopped talking about our time with you all! Uzzy made us smile and laugh every time we saw him!!! Thank you so much all of you!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location definitely worth 10 hours flight to get to this resort Express thanks to Oliver who went out of his way to say “good morning” & “how are you” In sign language every day due to us being Deaf Also thanks to all of the staff who were very courteous and kindness during our stay especially pool bar staff who supply us with endless cocktails! Definitely purely recommend this resort as we enjoyed our honeymoon here!

Me and my boyfriend had great service from Esequiel. We had him as a waiter at Oceana and Portofino. He was very attentive and kind and it was so noticeable that I had to leave a review. I usually don’t in most circumstances unless I’m really impressed!

Upon arrival we were greeted by our wedding co-ordinator Carolina. She was so helpful with everything not just wedding related queries. We were taken to our room and were blown away by the cleanliness and beauty of the grounds. The room was stunning. Super spacious. Only flaw is the lack of drawer space for things like underwear and socks (hardly a problem) . The rooms were equipped with a fully stocked fridge with beer, soft drinks and water. We had a clothes steamer, irons are also available, an umbrella, a stand for our suitcase to easily unpack and a hairdryer. Our room had a jacuzzi bath inside, double sinks, 2 double beds and a sofa. The pools are clean. The beach does have some seaweed but is very well maintained and the sand is like talcum powder. All staff are so attentive, our drinks never got down passed half way and they were asking if we wanted more. We mainly dined at buffet due to having fussy children but we did try the Chinese which was beautiful. The entertainment was amazing. The dancers and singers were great. Then came the most important day of our lives. Our wedding day. It was set up beautifully and we felt so special and stress free. We had our ceremony at the gazebo and our reception in the cabana due to being a party of 6. The children were so well taken care of..they enjoyed the jacuzzi pool whilst we danced and had fun. The food at our reception was phenomenal. The servers Abel and Alex were perfect. We didn't have to ask for anything. They made everything so enjoyable. My son had an obsession with only eating toast so they got him some. We had an amazing day. Every staff member was so polite and cheerful. Thank you so much Carolina, Abel and Alex. You have a special place in our hearts for your hard work and love for your jobs.
