Haven Riviera Cancun

We just got back from a 8 day stay. The service was wonderful and food and beverages great as well. The hotel is not huge which makes everything easily accessible. Strongly recommend upgrading to Serenity Club because of the extras that you receive

Haven is an elegant and upscale resort!! Service was incredible, everywhere. A special thanks to Claudia, Monse and Cut at Mocaccino Cafe, and Pedro (Pool Bartender) for their exceptional service. We'll be back!! :)

Unfortunately it’s our last night at this amazing resort! This was a special holiday for us as we were renewing our vows, we had the help of Itzel who was phenomenal, she really did go above & beyond for us arranging our vow renewal. Including in the package we had use of the bridal suite which was stunning! I had my hair & make up done by Nataly, she did such a lovely job of my hair & make up and made me feel so special. Arturo the photographer @picturesofyou and his partner took the most stunning photographs of our special day We also had a private dinning experience at the fire pit after our ceremony on the beach that was such a beautiful experience, Rudolfo and Alexjandro, were very good at looking after us , the food they brought to us was so delicious! And our glasses were always full. The main pool is lovely with bar service, Moses was our server he was fantastic he was always walking by and asking if we would like another drink. After our meal at night we always went to the lobby bar to have a few drinks Edgar and Patty were just lovely! And there was always great live bands on by the bar area that were really good. Thank you everyone for making this holiday a memorable one, we had the best time and we will definitely be back! Thanks Alison & Colin
