Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection

Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets. Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware of our complimentary taxi ride back and other complimentary which we have to spend more time waiting

A beautiful boutique hotel that strives to differentiate itself from the mainstream hotels. The decor is unique with historical artefacts and objects of art strategically placed at various points of the lobby and entrance to the restaurant. The reception staff were quite courteous and helpful, especially when approached for travel information and places of interest. Being Bonvoy members, we had the privilege of and extended checkout time. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Reichstag Building and the Brandenburg Gate. Checkpoint Charlie is not too far away. In fact most of this district is within walking distance of the hotel. So are the railway station and tram stops. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable with the standard amenities. The buffet selection is quite good and offers a wide selection of continental dishes and breads. Accompaniments such as cheese, sauces , jams, yoghurt, cereals and honey were ample. All in a great stay.

Good service, good typical European breakfast selection, clean, and modern. Off quiet area in center of govt district. Nearby restaurants and shops.

Had a lovely three night stay here. Check in was with seats at reception and a glass of champagne, a great start. Our room was very comfortable with a view of the cathedral which when lit up in the evening was stunning. Breakfast was very good selection, eggs were cooked to order. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Loved the 'green' option of a drink at the bar each evening rather than having your room serviced. You could still pick up fresh water and towels from reception. The hotel is in a brilliant location by the Gendarmenmarkt, a beer hall a few doors away. I would totally recommend here.

Amazing stay here - even better than expected. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Although they warned us that we might not be able to check in early based on availability (understandable) they did have a room ready when we arrived and even upgraded us based on my Bonvoy status (which virtually never happens, especially for a 3 night stay - very appreciated!). The room and amenities were very nice. The restaurant/bar staff also very helpful - I loved the green option that allowed you to forgo cleaning for a free drink (for both of us) every night at the bar. The breakfasts were also amazing and the spa/gym area a real treat. Great location as well - so glad we stayed there!
