On a quick visit with my wife and parents, we stopped in the bar for a quick drink before heading to dinner (offsite). The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. Despite the bar being very busy, we received great service from our bartender, Amy, who was incredibly friendly, made great cocktails, and even helped us with our reservations. Highly recommend this spot! We’ll be back.

This hotel went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and pampered. The wedding reception was perfect. Emilie Elias the wedding coordinator was so helpful,& so was Liz the maiter’d , the bellmen Barry & Tony, & front desk Amanda, Faith & Jamison.

I recently stayed at this beautiful historic hotel. My stay was a lengthy one due to family illness. From the owner, directors, and each and every staff member all went out of their way to make a challenging time more comfortable. I was greeted by a a valet staff who were always so kind, caring, and did a wonderful job. Many nights I came back late and they always made me feel safe. The front desk staff was amazing and always so accommodating as I had to keep extending my stay. The rooms are lovely, immaculate and well equipped. The beds are so comfy and the rooms come with delicious coffee and ample bottles of water. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to clean the room perfectly and stock it with all I desired. Each morning I was greeted so warmly by the restaurant hostesses and servers. The meals were exceptional. There are seasonal menus, light fare and the chefs are world class. The meals tasted like healthy and home cooked with fresh and high quality ingredients. What stood out the most was the professionalism of service from each department. This amazing place made me feel like home and treated me like family. I am forever grateful to each and every person who was part of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a horrible service the food at the restaurant was not edible I rented the penthouse was the worsted experience I’ve ever had at a hotel the room coast was 850.00 a night what a joke it’s loud the staff is rude the manager is ruder and what a shame to waste that kind of money for a very bad experience alll around sad to say not one positive thing I can say about his hotel and I stay in fabulous suits all the time they don’t appreciate there guests and show it whit there attitude

From the owner, directors, and each and every staff member, all went above and beyond to make a challenging time more bearable. From my first day, I was greeted by an amazing front desk team. I had to keep extending my stay and the reservation staff was always accommodating, even when the hotel was at full capacity. The valet staff were always so kind’ , caring and did a wonderful job. Many nights I came back to the hotel very late and they always made me feel comfortable and safe. The rooms are beautiful, immaculate, with comfy beds and the most delicious coffeemaker, along with several bottles of water, which made unwinding after a stressful and long day comforting. The housekeeper did such an excellent job cleaning the room around my schedule and stocking the room with all the amenities I desired. Each morning I was so warmly greeted by the restaurant hostesses, and servers. The meals were exceptional. There were seasonal menus and the chefs are world class. The meals tasted like healthy, home cooking with so many choices, using fresh & top quality ingredients. There are many options including light fare. What stood out the most was the exceptional service throughout each and every department. This amazing place, along with the staff, felt much more like a home than a hotel. I am so immensely grateful to each and every person who was part of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place with caring, professionalism and great service.

Bellman Barry was fantastic! From the moment we arrived he made our trip awesome. He is a great asset to a wonderful Hotel! Colleen and Spiros are great in the bar! Cannot wait for our next visit.

The Hotel Bethlehem is not only a beautiful hotel, but also the staff is warm and helpful. We asked if there was a shuttle to Lehigh U’s admissions office for my daughter’s interview, and they drove us there. We also ended up talking to the owner who acted like we were the most important people and was in no rush to end the conversation. They set the standard for customer service.

I don't know how it's a #1 hotel! My family and I chose Hotel Bethlehem to stay at while attending Parents Weekend at Lehigh University...The staff was rude and the rooms were dated and not the cleanest. The food is laughable! Who can't tell It's FROZEN!!!??? How dare you charge that much for frozen food!!! The list goes on and on! I will be adding a review and photos to their Facebook page and talk about my stay in more detail....HOTEL FRAUD
