The atmosphere was most engaging, lots of activities for adult use, places to just relax for a minute undisturbed, lounging areas in the atrium, the availability of choice eateries, website on your app was most helpful prior to trip, generosity of staff, restrooms were clean and equipped with needed resources, rooms spacious with toiletries - overall, a great place to stay!!

We were not allowed to unload our things at the front to check in because we didn’t want to valet at that time. We wanted to unload, check in, drop our things in the room and then drive to a nearby place to meet friends. We were told if we did not use the valet we could not unload and we were directed to the parking garage. We had planned to use the valet when we returned from meeting friends. But the staff would not listen, they were very rude and forceful to get us to go to garage parking. Then we get checked in and I asked if our reservation noted that we need a room close to elevator due to my wife can’t walk long distances. She told me it was noted. But she gave us a room farthest from the elevator as could be. Room 8017. Very disappointing. We had problems getting to and from the room everytime we left .

It’s really a shame. The facility seemed pretty nice and had good reviews. I paid for a corner king room. When we went back to the room late we discovered a huge wet spot in the carpet. They changed us over to a regular king room that had a clogged sink in the bathroom. Problems happen, but when I went to check out at the front desk the next morning, they were very casual about the whole thing. All I wanted was an adjustment between the corner king room and the regular king room they transferred us to. They acted like I didn’t have it coming. It’s not the money. It’s the total lack of concern the front desk showed. We will look for other places in the future when going to Biloxi. Too bad. It didn't have to be this way.

Great time, very clean with great service. It was close to New Orleans for the day. I would definitely recommend a stay at Beau Rivage.

We enjoyed the spacious room, the friendly atmosphere, and most of all the fine dining. We dined at the buffet in the morning. Love the variety of food available and reasonably prices. Our favorite was the Jia Restaurant. Their PHO was fantastic. My wife raved about her steak at the BR Prime Steakhouse.
