初到這裏，一切都是陌生的。語言、規則、環境，甚至連方向感都在慢慢尋找…幸運的是，我們遇見了 Edward（德華），他是我們在這裏認識的第一個朋友。第一次踏上這片海島，我們幾乎什麼都不懂，是他耐心接待、細緻講解；無論多忙，總會第一時間迴應我的疑問與請求，並盡力協調解決。孩子在泳池不小心受傷，他像大哥哥一樣關心我的孩子，叮囑注意事項，讓我們在異國他鄉感受到了家的温暖。
也感謝 Fenny。我在前台續房時認識了她。我的英文不流利，而她的出現就像一根救命繩，耐心地為我們架起溝通的橋樑。在最緊急的時刻，她幫我們更改船票、調整房間，一切井然有序，讓焦慮瞬間消散。那份細緻與周到，讓我倍感安心。
還有調酒師 William。他不僅會調酒，更像是在講述一杯酒的故事。每一次遞酒時，他都會耐心介紹口味與香氣，陽光、專業、真誠，讓夜色多了幾分温度。
還有咖啡屋Wisnu。每次見到他，他都帶着一抹發自內心的笑容。那笑容有一種奇妙的力量，像海風一樣，把旅途的疲憊和生活的煩惱都吹散了。
以及感謝那些在夜色中為我們帶來驚喜的雜技演員。他們用一次次驚險而精準的動作，讓觀眾屏息凝神、歡呼不斷。我知道，那背後是無數次的訓練與汗水，是一次次跌倒爬起後的堅持與磨鍊。正是他們的執着與熱愛，讓我們在異國的夜晚耳目一新、眼前一亮。這樣的職業精神與藝術追求，令人由衷敬佩！謝謝你們，用精彩的表演點亮了我們的假期。

I feel so angry and disappointed during our stay in Bindan clubmed.
When I stayed in the second morning around 8 am, the house keeper knocked my door many times until I opened the door. But I didn’t hang up “ make up the room”.Tell me why?
During my stays, the telephone is not working until I left. And nobody refilled hand wash and body wash even I already informed you via WhatsApp.
The most ridiculous thing happened when I checked out. I already asked your staff if I need take my 2 luggage’s on the shuttle bus. You promised you would take them to the ferry. But when got off, my luggages didn’t on the bus and nobody gave us the ferry ticket. My family 3 people stranded outside to wait our luggages mor than 20 minutes and then got our luggage and tickets.
I already sent email to Bindan clubmed to complain,but nobody responded. I think in this clubmed, nobody cares the feeling of customer.

環境，設施，服務，衞生，活動，餐食都還不錯，尤其民丹扎啤很好喝，不足就是浮潛點一般，水不清魚不多，可能跟季節洋酒有關係吧

這個度假村已經是我住過的第五個clubmed了，依舊很好，孩子玩得很開心，每個GO都很熱情，尤其是對接我的Grace，漂亮熱情，還有水吧的william，耐心陪孩子聊天玩耍，很棒的一次度假🏖️

設施：房間稍微有點舊了 畢竟年份放在這裏 其他遊玩區域和其他公共區域看上去還是很新的 維護的還不錯 也有在建一些新的房子 記得陽台的門一定要鎖上 不然你的房間就會被猴子光顧 那裡的猴哥超級聰明的
衞生：泳池餐廳各個bar都挺乾淨的
環境：酒店的海灘很漂亮 在網上刷到泳池海灘那張圖種草的這個酒店 天氣好的時候椰樹配上白沙灘配上波光粼粼的藍色海面很美 酒店有很多遊樂項目 一個人去也不會覺得無聊 有一些需要提前預約
服務：服務超級棒棒噠！！因為訂房間的時候出現了一些小插曲 Edward非常有耐心且高效的幫我處理了讓我非常困惑的問題 給我非常詳細地介紹了酒店 med club的員工和住客的互動性很強 不用擔心自己一個人過來孤單、無聊 晚餐時間隨機會有工作人員來“陪吃飯” Gracie和一個韓國的小姐姐非常熱情 不僅陪我一起吃飯 還帶着我加入一些遊戲 整體體驗感真的超棒 william的酒調的很棒 推薦大家去一樓的bar嘗一嘗他的特調
此次旅行比較匆忙 短短的一天也充滿了體驗感 下次有機會還會選擇med club 這是一個充滿愛和活力的club

再一次在clubmed民丹島渡過了愉快的5日4晚。瑜伽老師Sandy親切温柔耐心，miniclub和空中飛人都是孩子熱愛的項目。來自中國的GO太出色了，感謝Jacky的熱心相助。雖然下次回來民丹club不一定會再次相遇，但是期待重逢在世界的任何一間村子！
