Room 223 has no hot water at 7 am. Went down and asked front desk clerk, and he tells me the is no maintenance staff onsite and the hot water system is located outside, as is probably doing a reset. Who automatically does a system reset when guests are waking and getting ready for the day? We adjusted our room temperature, but after 8 hours, there was still no change. One positive is the Hotel is located beside a great park with walking trails.

Excellent Hotel. Good location very close to the center in a very quiet place next to a beautiful garden. Staff very friendly and efficient. Despite the hotel being almost empty the service was impeccable. Super friendly staff. Large room, comfortable beds, clean. Excellent bathroom. Private parking in underground garage. Good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend

Modern hotel ,room was very clean ,staff friendly ,breakfast was super good(variety of food) . The hotel has free parking .I will stay here again. I am happy to find a hotel like Metropolis in my town. It is situated next to the park ,close to town center ,shops and restaurants.

Es un hotel antiguo, y hay que tener cuidado con el aire acondicionado que suena mucho. Si lo dejáis por la noche, hay que quitar el ventilador o llevar tapones de oídos o no dormiréis. Por lo demás muy bien. Bien ubicado y con el mejor desayuno que nos han servido en Rumanía

Al menos mi habitación fue un desastre. Nada más llegar tuve que matar una araña gigantesca. A la hora de dormir, el aparato de aire estaba roto y se pasó toda la noche haciendo unos crujidos y ruidos que no permitieron el descanso. Me queda probar el desayuno, pero no tengo mucha fe…

Bella struttura immersa nel verde. La camera è grande così come il bagno (c'è anche il bidet) e silenziosa. Nell'armadio ci sono gli accappatoi, molto utili. Ottima la pulizia. Un po' scomodi i cuscini. Colazione abbastanza varia servita in una sala enorme.

Mi sono fermato una notte per lavoro. Probabilmente per la Romania è già un ottimo hotel, ma ha perso punti per il riscaldamento altissimo: 26 gradi in camera e idem nei corridoi... Ho dovuto dormire con la finestra mezza aperta per metà notte.
