All great reviews except the air went out while I was preparing for my son's wedding. 79 degrees in my gown and my husband's tux. Every night there were charges on my room, and I had to spend time at the front desk to clear them up. I had one car and they continued to charge me for 2.
Overall this hotel was magnificent! These things happen. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed are Beach Club. Servers and rooms were spectacular. Hotel was not crowded.Food was amazing. This place is next level. We were there during the flood and the handled it superbly. No change in service. They were out early the next morning repairing and fixing . The pools are beautiful and the service on the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to go back. See you next year. I am somewhat shocked by some of the negative. You will not be disappointed. Our daughter went last year and she highly recommended the Boca Raton. We will be back.

Magnificent as usual. My parents have been member since 2004 and have been coming here since I have been eight years old. I had my two adult children and husband at the beach resort and it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for always making it a wonderful place

This property is just beautiful - the architecture, grounds and rooms. The climate also is hard to beat. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst staff I have seen at a resort in my life. The parking guys had attitude to spare from the moment I pulled up to registration. There are hardly any signs which make finding the bungalow area or parking extremely difficult. The hotel was unwilling to offer a late checkout, even though I am a Diamond Hilton member. There are no power outlets near the desk in the room, and I found out in the morning that the outlet next to the bed did not work. After being told there was someone to assist when staying in the bungalow, no one was there at night or in the morning. I could go on, but I receive much better service at the Hampton Inn. I have never seen a resort that goes out of their way to make a guest uncomfortable like this place!

I’ve been a loyal guest of The Boca Raton for several years. The hotel is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent and the staff usually lovely! Unfortunately, my most recent visit to the hotel's Spa Palmera left me extremely uneasy due to the incompetence and indifference of Spa management. Guests were very openly violating clear written rules, using phones, talking loudly, even taking photographs inside the spa. Staff ignored those violations entirely. When I raised this issue with Spa management, I received a dismissive, inaccurate, and tone deaf reply that failed to acknowledge the mishandling of the situation. I was told the guest who was taking photos had been spoken to, unlikely, as that guest left before anyone ever approached her. This violated the privacy of myself and other guests, which was completely ignored. Spa management's response showed no real concern for guest experience, no ownership of the error, and no understanding of how damaging it is when trust and privacy are violated in a space that should feel private, safe and restorative. This experience was a far cry from the standards The Boca Raton successfully upholds in every other way. I left feeling violated, embarrassed, singled out, and disrespected, not just by staff on the ground, but by a manager who appeared more concerned with deflecting blame than making it right. For a resort of this reputation, the mishandling, both in the moment and after the fact, seemed uncaring and incompetent. Loyal guests deserve better. As of yet I have not received a reply to my email which was sent a number of days ago. In every other way I love this hotel!
